Being almost locals we know these tracks, and made a nice afternoon walk of this trig, dragging Jasper along (or did he drag us along!) After about two inches of rain, we weren't troubled at all when more fell along the wall - getting pretty steamy inside the raincoats as we climbed the hills though! We made this into a big loop from Farrer to the trig and home by the towers south of the trig.
