I was part of a LWC group who came in from the A3 at Myrtle Park along the Camden Rd then various others to reach Evercreech Rd. I parked at S 41 21.525 E 147 57.118 on a small track and walked 50m further along the road to the track start. The start is marked by a small rock cairn, marked with orange paint, and some tape attached to a stake. A lovely short 40 minute climb (30 return)through mixed forest to a small summit. The track is fairly well taped but as it is seldom used there is sometimes lots of tape then very little. Being part of a group made navigating the denser seldom taped sections much easier. The last section is over rock and involves a short climb to the trig. The day was clear and there were views of the Ben Lomond plateau (in snow), Mt Victoria, Mt SaddleBack, Mt Albert, Mt Cameron, Flinders Island and to the east you could see Georges Bay
