I made a groovy map before this trip, complete with archived caches possibly still in place, unpublished (and not archived) trigs, GCA and GC caches, confluences, and possible camping spots. I didn't end up with enough time to go archived cache hunting so much, and the second half of our trip the route and camping was completely altered due to the heat, but we did make a huge effort to check out all the unpublished trig sites. We found quite a few.
