The Central Coast Conservatorium in Gosford, NSW, has been in this heritage listed building - the old police station/courthouse - since the mid-late eighties.

As a young kid Spice accompanied her father into this building when it was still a police station(nothing dodgy! - he was just advising them of a public function). A few years later (it must have only been about 1987, or 1988 at the latest) she attended a music lesson in there. She can't remember why - perhaps her own piano teacher went on holidays so was referred there, or was it for special lesson as preparation for an exam? Too long ago to remember!
