Have found heaps of hotels, churches, schools, etc that fit the bill for this cache during our travels on the 'big island'.
Found this one today and it's a bit different from the norm. It is a boat building yard and in one of the photos you can see a workman busy at his trade. There are lots of boats in various stages of repair and there's also a really nifty GC cache here called Hibbard History [GC233HM].
