On the way through Molong on a GC Yeoval bound two-day roadtrip and with the scarcity of GCA (trig or otherwise) along the way it was a pleasing diversion. No idea of the architecture description, but industrial does come to mind - and with gurgles coming from within, despite its seeming age, something was at work.

An array at the top too, though maybe not surprising in this telecommunications era.
