Found with my wife 'kalvey' while visiting NYC recently. I had to dodge a photo shoot going on all down the walkway but we were able to get the needed information. Thanks for bringing us here!

GREAT LOCATION!!! I have been wanting to come here for quite a while and so I decided today was it. I spent almost 2 hours here talking to the police officer on duty. He was great and we chatted everything from the monument and the officers duty at the monument to family, hobbies, whatever else. I climbed up to the top to find the answer which also gave me a great view. I highly recommend this virtual to all cachers. Thanks P+ for this great virtual!
