Yeah! We found it. Just a tip to another finder: backtrack and look everywhere. You never where it might be strung! 

Beautiful spot but could not find the cache... 

After an exhausting hour of not giving up, we finally found it! Just a little help to the next person: look high and there are no picnic tables or wading. Someone moved it. Next to a rock.

CLUE: don't whack your head under branches or hit your head under rocks!
