Found it after three visits to find, I’m so so sure I looked where I found it but I guess I didn’t look hard enough!

Found with my wife on our lunch break during covid lockdown, blue rope on the ground was a great help!!

Found on ground, put back where I think it was meant to be, paper was too wet to write on, took photo, my dogs are happy I found it
