Woohoo! Found this oldie. I have a December 2000 find already, so the other ones in the Bay Area kind of dropped off my radar. I decided to come get this one today and take a longer walk in Pulgas Ridge. I've only been here once, and it was a short trip just to get the MROSD cache (which is now archived.) Stage 1 is very cool. I like how the coordinates are hidden. The final took me a surprisingly long time to find, but the coordinates are good -- I just walked right by it without seeing it. Oh well! It's good that it's well concealed. I got a more in-depth tour of the local bushes than I intended, but at least I found the cache. 
There were many hundreds of dog walkers out today, but the final is in a nicely out-of-the-way spot and it's easy to search without too much interference. Thanks to the cachers who placed this and have maintained it for over 21 years! I hope it's here for another 21.
