4 of us spent awhile looking for this one, but no luck =( this was our first day of geocaching though! I think we've all realised how tricky this geocaching thing can be (and my phone GPS is not completely accurate i think!). We went into with little knowledge, so I'm about to spent the evening reading up on all things geocaching, and hopefully next time we can find it! 

First weekend geocaching and our 4th find. Took us awhile, I've since learned I need to be more patient with my phone's GPS great spot- not up high though- we had a lot of fun with this one, thank you! 

Our first day of geocaching ever, and much to our excitement we realised this one was a short stroll from where we were staying. Very glad we found it after a bit of a search as we didn't have a huge amount of luck with other caches we searched for! Thank you! 

We visited Mannum for the day with kayaks, and while there I thought why not attempt to find our first cache ever? We were quite excited at the thought of a treasure hunt into the middle of the river, and had a brilliant time finding the hiding spot- went in a few circles as my phone GPS tried to settle, got stuck in reeds, and almost capsized climbing onto the hiding spot but we (my kids, parents, husband and I) loved it. Sadly, we only found a little toy car, which we left. It wasn't until we returned to shore that I realised I could look at what other finders had logged and we felt a little better that it had not been found for awhile and was possibly not there. Fantastic first experience though (and luckily for us we found a couple of other ones that day! Awesome spot for a cache, thanks! 

Our second cache find ever! Loved searching for this one, the kids also had a great time. Good hiding spot, thank you! Bear still had his santa suit =) 

OUR FIRST FIND!! Visited Mannum for the day and thought we'd start our geocaching adventure. After cruising around on kayaks on the river looking for another cache without luck, very happy to say we found this one!! Loving this geocaching thing, it's not as easy as we thought it would be, and I have a lot to read up on but having lots of fun with it. Thanks! =) 

Searched for awhile, but a little hard due to other people in the area (looking at us strangely on our hands and knees) this is only our second day of geocaching so hoping with more experience we can try again later... we visit this playground often. Thanks!
