Finally found it. Only had the phone so treets play havoc with satellite signals. Had to mark and triangulate from outside the general area. Then piece of cake.

2nd find for the day. must have walked past it a dozen times. It's a well worn path once you know where it is. Watch the ground cover, it can be sharp.
First find in our new family activity.
Great spot, have walked around this and what I'm sure will turn out to be many other GC locations. Good hide, the hint suits well.
Note: Pencil needs a sharpen.
