Logs for jezika
06-Jul-10
Went with Emzfz to this one. Quick find once you orientated yourself. Traffic was good too as not many on the roads. TFTC.

easy find, though the walk from the domain was longer than expected. Parked on the Waikanae side and walked over the bridge. Had great fun walking down the river on the way back, especially since the weather was so nice. Log book quite damp but the rest of the cache in good contition. Took the marbles and left a monkey.

This was the second time looking for the cache as first was unsuccessful. The GPS was off by over 50m but after some fossiking by emzfz it was found. Not very covered in its location so we have recovered it with the surrounding vegetation. Didnt need a stick but were well aware of the blackberry. Replaced one happy meal with another. Over all great fun with very few muggles around.

Good day to find what with the heavy drizzle and cold weather not many people around at all.
Took the advice of other logs but found that it was not north but due west as stated in cache.
Took a few goes to find and once found seemed liked an obvious place to put it.

Had tried at an earlier date and failed to find so went back to day with Emzfz and the GPS, so much easier plus the coordinates spot on. So much fun. Took the lion and left a turtle.
10-Jan-10
Found this today after two previous visits. Very well hidden, Emzfz and I took the combination lock and replaced it with a christmas kiwi coin. Fun but challenging especially for our 3rd find.

Good first find for both me and my sister emzfz. Took a bit of fossicking to find as we were looking under the wrong strainer post but all in all a great start. Took the pig and replaced it with a chicken.
Emzfz and I went to scope out the place so could find the cache at a later date once the coordinates were figured out. Instead found the cache. Took kiwi christmas and tassie devil tags and replaced it with a bouncy ball and pig. We were completly stoked with our luck at this find as it was only our second.
