A flat water paddle then an easy walk after getting clear of the dam water's edge which was like quicksand.Very dry warm conditions but no nasty wildlife which was a bonus.
Nice little part of the district with lots of history. Watch out for the idle youth on their speedy silent electric motorbikes..........the are a bad hazard in this area.
