I have confirmed that the geochecker works but only if you enter the values in a D M.MMM format. Otherwise, it truncates D M S.SSS values, which causes incorrect rounding on the result. To use the geochecker successfully, first enter your D M S.SSS value into the "corrected coordinates" feature in the cache page (to override the posted coordinates). This avoids the rounding problems and correctly converts the value to D M.MMM, which you can then copy and use in the geochecker.
