Logs for rockhoundbmw

15-May-16
I'm road tripping across the U.S. and was driving from Denver to Salina on Day 7, so of course I had to stop and get the world's oldest active geocache (wow- 16 years old this past week)! I think it's interesting that this cache and the original stash location (which I have also visited) would both be considered cache and dashes today. I briefly met seashell_dawn who was just driving back from the other cache down the road as I pulled up to this cache. As I was flipping through the new log book, a familiar name was the first entry- FlagMan! TFTC!

Out with UTNG taking a walk around the neighborhood to see all the lovely lights. I forgot to find this cache last year, so we made sure to stop here to make the find. TFTC!

gateward and I got to LAX an hour before irish10 was supposed to arrive, so we went caching to fill the time. The description saying no muggles and parking nearby attracted us to this weird area. We found the cache pretty quickly, and it is my first cache find in LA County and first cache find between 50-100 miles from home! I also kept my August find streak going. TFTC!

I didn't think DC would have one of these. First find during my second day ever in DC. Answer was sent, TFTC!
