Mountain biked the H20 trails and stopped by for this cache - thanks Mr Mr 

Found last Sunday (Feb 24) and yes there's a pen in there!

Decided we need a better GPS - spent 20 minutes wandering around in circles a long way from GZ! In a last ditch attempt I wandered further afield and spotted it by luck. The camouflage is excellent - TFTC Zargfinders. 

No luck today - we had a rummage around the obvious place and the general area. I've added it to the watch list to see if anyone else finds it. If so we'll come back and have another go! 

We were eating lunch on top of a cliff when I opened the Geocaching app by chance - very happy to see this cache was so close, thanks 2 dogs!

That said my GPS was bouncing all over the place. With the large drop I asked my kids to wait in a safe place while I chased the GPS tail - meanwhile calling out to the kids so they knew what was going on. Finally spotted it and we were all thrilled!

There was very heavy rain the other night and some moisture has made it's way though the broken lid. The logbook in it's plastic bag is dry, though other paper inside is damp. Considering the history in this log, if someone is going up there it's worth replacing the lid/container, or putting a better plastic bag around the log book. 

Walked around in circles for a while with the GPS confused by trees - if anyone was watching they would have had a good laugh! Thanks, the kids loved this one. 

Had a solid look around at GZ this morning though we couldn't find it. After reading Fangsoki's notes below I think we'll drop by again for another search.

Thanks Calypso62, this is a brilliant cache! And it’s in a beautiful spot (had to walk right past a very tame bearded water dragon who watched us carefully!) I didn’t have a pen so the log hasn’t been signed.
