Visiting from Asheville. NC. Thank you for keeping this amazing cache going. In the area visiting family for Thanksgiving. Enjoyed the beautiful walk to the cache. Traded TBs.

Cactuslover, Radar Dog and myself decided to drive across country getting the oldest caches in each state we came across. We were supposed to do Potters Pond over a week ago. The snow made us change our plans and route. Came back hoping the snow would be off the road. Got to the area last night and ended up spending the night just outside the closed gate. It was a cold 27 degrees when we started walking towards the cache this morning. Again, the roads were clear, but the gate was closed. There's one spot on the road behind the gate that is very icy. When we got closer to the cache we realized that we would have to do a couple of water crossings. The water was high and moving fast. The walk across one spot was slippery and the current was strong. Made it without falling. Walked across a falling tree to cross another section. Because of snow on the mountain, couldn't see any type of trail. It was a bushwack all the way to the cache. Found cache in great shape. After signing the log it was a bushwack back down and the two water crossing again. It was a fun adventure and the whole area is beautiful. Saw two mule deer and three elks while in the area. Thanks from Asheville, NC and Anderson, SC. 

Wow, what can you say about this iconic cache. The walk thru the tunnel was awsome fun. So happy to have found this one. Traveled across country with cactuslover and Radar Dog to reach this spot. Thanks for keeping this cache going. Dropping a TB. 

Great adventure to this awesome cache. Just the history of this cache is amazing. Found with Cactuslover and we both enjoyed paddling to this one. This cache came highly recommended by former finders. Thanks from NC.
