Description
Geomorph
is an ancient
Gnome
brought to life in the
Plasticene Era
from malleable earths of all colours
Unlike normal Gnomes, who are forever frozen in time and space, Geomorph has special magical powers. He can move from place to place and he can morph into new poses and even new creatures!
But he needs your help!
1. Help him to move.
Give him a ride to a new location and log his new co-ordinates here.
Please move him on within 2 days of finding.
Initially Geomorph is part of the GeGnome project and is keen to cover as much distance possible, as quickly as possible. But long term, he would also like to visit places of interesting Geomorphology en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Geomorphology
2. Help him to morph.
Strike an interesting pose.
Tilt his hat.
Let him hold something interesting.
Change his clothing.
Or even morph into a whole new creature!
Geomorph has a difficulty rating of 3 on the grounds that you may not know what he looks like until you find him!
3. Send messages back home when you log his new location.
Write a short story about his journey.
Upload a photo of him in his new location and new look.
Geomorph thanks you for your assistance and wishes you well in your future caching adventures.

Logs
Now it is time to say farewell for good.
He's now sitting in a park behind some netball courts.
Previous gnome placements have either been waiting for me on the front step or in the corner where easy.
If I don't log a find, please don't trash the neighbour's yards if you go for it, it's in 29 Pine St somewhere.
Spindoc said he would move soon
Quite surprisingly he proved very adept at tree climbing, how he does it is anybody's guess.
But he won't be here for long.
There's a GFF mission to undertake . . .
And I'm glad to help.
Next stop, Leura.
Don't go looking for him, the location of the Holiday Resort is Top Secret, so you won't find him at the co-ords.
Meet a few gnoming aficiandos and even eat my way through a couple of gnome cup cakes (Thanks to Just a Cacher for those) while signing (almost) all the logs.
A great way, and a great spot, to spend an hour or 2.
Thanks to all who attended, great to meet you, along with the gnomes.
Left him with rogerw3, who escorted him off One Tree Hill.
I'm sure he's in safe hands . . .
Time for Geomorph to continue his adventures.
Thanks for the gnome Dik
Under the burnt log.
TFTC and the eus.
This guys colours are MORPHING together a bit, he looks cute like that.
Parked the car and started up the familiar walk up the road. After some finds and a couple of DNFs I was happy to make this find !
TFTC !!
Left gnome in same place - did not move
This led to a call being placed by the GLF for a mass extraction of the gnomes and various pickup points were organized. The gnomes had a long march from their various Lithgow detention points and a few gnomes were left in the region to gather intelligence in case of a need for future pickups.
Look for these gnomes to start appearing in Federal relief agencies as experts on the Flood recovery and CRPS programs.
Geomorph's shape changing ability will be greatly advantageous in the area.
Please excuse the dodgy (hopefully not) GPS signal. Only 8m accuracy!?!
Looks like a couple of gnomes may have followed us home and there locations will be updated soon.
Thankyou to the organisers and who ever gave this little guy a lift. Looking forward to the next event.
Congratulations to all those battle-hardened gnomes who survived the rigours of the recent competition and our condolences to the owners of those who suffered injuries and/damage or who were finally declared 'missing in action' . . .
This gnome can now take a very well-deserved break, doing whatever it is that gnomes do when they take well-deserved break . . .
I met Goemorph who was feeling very soft in the high temperatures - hope he can hold it together for long enough until the cooler change tonight!
We held a ballot to see who would go home in which car and Geomorph agreed to take pjmpjm.
Will put him on an exercise program for a couple of days to tone him up before we put him out again.
He looks like a great gnome, would love to find him!
Sorry his photo is not really Geomorph but a duplicate, I just wanted a reason to play with plasticine, sadly though I do not think geomorph will last much longer, he was a mess, stained our hands, runny yucky mess, but a great idea
Geomorph isn't coping well with the warm weather. He was in a sad state when we found him. Emily~angel will upload some pictures soon.
A little tweak to his beard, arms and hat were almost lost when he was left in the car and became melty...
Awesome idea.
Found without too much hassle and I offered him the protection of my umbrella before a thunderstorm arrived.
