Knight still waiting to be placed. First fire and now more rain than he can handle. Hope to have him back in place after the Wet.
The Knights hide has been burnt out and needs some time to regenerate before re-listing. I hope to have the Knight back in place after some rain.
A quick find after negotiating the long grass. Found at 1000hrs but the knight has lost his head! That's a nice size container too Gibbo.

This bloke seemed to be getting ahead of himself. Still headless knight stories are always fun.
Rather interesting container! Unfortunately, the knight's head is loose and will fall off next time. TNLN.
Thanks!

T car L 2 puzzles... this was one of our many caches during our holiday in darwin TFTC
Found it again. This time had a frog living on top of it under the bark. It had laid its eggs on top.
Found it - no problem. Beauty Knight... Lovely bushland/rainforest. Enjoyed walk along to the cache. Took: Coin. and SL. Thanks gibbo003 for organising the cache and hunt.
Found it and lost another pint of blood. I chose the wrong time of year to take up walking through swamps...
Still wet in the box and the note pad is drenched as well. The whole thing will probably wash away with the next rains.
I removed the Gecko keyring and will place it in the next opportunity.

A Knights Tale indeed. Loved the find and seeing this guy sitting around waiting to be found. Thanks for the effort of the cache and the hunt.

THE KNIGHT IS GETTING WET FEET.
drained the cache box but log is still ok.
put the knight upright so hopefully it wont get water in it again.
thanks guys

What a great looking cache. We were using the PDA for cache notes so we didn't have the photo of what to expect. A nice bit of bush and a surprise find.
Thanks for this collection in Holmes Jungle, Robmc.

Had a moment of apprehension when I saw the gravel road - after 1600km of rough gravel road recently [xx(] Although it turned out to be a great cache to start the day off [^] T:Tape measure (for the tackle box) L:gecko keyring. Had to smile when I came across the knight's brothers whilst shopping later in the day - your secret is safe with me Thanks Gibbo FTC
This is one cool cache! Took the West Pac I (Navy Geocoin)and a car, left a tape measure. Cheers and thanks for yet another entertaining cache gibbo.
A very interesting hide, not too many of these around i dont imagine. After closing the door on my car to find this one, i realised the keys were still inside! Grrrr... so found the cache and then went to find some wire and bits and pieces to break in. After the same thisn happened yesterday, i knew what i needed and how to do it quickly... but nevertheless it was another embarassing moment! TFTC TNLN

A nice easy one from Gibbo to make up for the blood sweat and tears of Rum Jungle yesterday.

Easy find at about 10.30am. Was looking like the venus de milo when found. Gibbo's done well to repair him as quick as he has. TNLNSL. Thanks for the cache Gibbo!
Found @ 0915 while doing a morning cache hunt through the park with my canine friend. Unfortunately the knight has been beheaded and not as grand as it once looked. Cache is ok though.

The knight is all better now. It is surprising what can be done with a small genset, hot glue gun and a drill. If future finders can take care he should last out the dry.
Well you wont come across a cache like this one to often. A very strange, and some would say bizarre cache container.

WanderingAus wandered by on day forty-three of a 6 month trip Wandering Australia for another easy find.
My find No 617, LCC, TNLNSL, grabbed Newbie II GC (ref = TB1JKGB) and USA Geocoin (ref = TBK273), dropped my WanderingAus Happy New Year 2008 Gold GC in for a visit before grabbing it back again.

A nice easy FTF at 0810 hours. Love the cache container and Knight, its huge! Took a geocoin but left nothing as the container is jammed pack full of goodies and nothing else would have fitted. Thanks Gibbo for another top cache.
