Hello,

It is Rana Pirica, the geocache maintenance frog, once again hopping through your area to check on geocache maintenance.

Since there has been no owner activity on this cache page and it has been over 30 days since the request to perform maintenance, this cache has been archived. Please remove any remaining cache components if you have not already done so. If there are questions about the archival or if you would like it to be re-considered for listing please e-mail me or your local reviewer in response to this archival, and we will help to unarchive your cache if possible. I want to thank you for the time that you have taken to contribute to geocaching in the past and look forward to seeing your further participation in the future.

Sincerely,

Rana Pirica

Found as a part of Team SaintsMadHouse and now that the kids have grown we each have our own accounts to finddd geocaches with separately wherever we go!GPS went a little haywire, we found it though after a little time searching. A big thanks to the owner for allowing the cache as this is such an amazing view, I really love the frangipani tree. TN Left Pony toy

This was fun! The dog actually did me a favour, as he alerted the owner of the cache, who was in the area, and he came over to say hi. It was an interesting scenario, as someone had moved the cache from it's original spot, and camouflaged it well, so the owner was actually trying to find it too!

The new camouflage was soon discovered, and the cache duly returned to original site after the log formalities completed.

Had a lovely cache-chat with Rancon89 and family, and hope to see them at the 10th anniversary function.

Thanks Rancon89 for the cache, and great views of the city!

That was a good find today while visiting Darwin and surrounds.
I don't like hills at 34C Smile
Thanks for the cache and showing the area.

Great view! I thought the neighbour's dog was going to give me away, but nobody seemed to mind me snooping around this private property. TFTC!

If anyone finds any old fireworks or things not inside the cache (toolbox) please leave them exactly where they are.

27-Dec-09
Found a buried tape-measure, lots of second-hand fireworks (they didn't look too old, either... so much for the NT's "fireworks only on July 1"!!!), got loudly muggled by the dog next door. Maybe next time...

A very SIMPLE find.
Especially as this was my 300th Cache in the NT.
Once one ignores the signage.
Then one has to ignore the great view.
A great spot - though I wonder how long the cache will last?

Cache was an easy find with a top view, however the cache is located on a private block of land with a large sign which reads "PRIVATE PROPERTY NO TRESPASSING".
Will send a seperate email to the owner.
