4.23. Unarchiving a Geocache
The archiving of a geocache is intended to be a permanent status. That is why only community volunteer reviewers and Geocaching HQ staff have the capability to unarchive it. This is done only in rare circumstances and only if it meets the current Geocache Listing Guidelines.
If a geocache is archived by a reviewer or staff for lack of maintenance it will not be unarchived.

For ongoing issues please ensure you visit the listing and post a new note every 28 days to keep everyone up to date or the cache will be treated as an abandoned cache and archived without further notice.

ARGH! I needed a quick cache to maintain my streak, and dang it there wasn't any nearby. I should have checked the logs. This one needs archiving: it's clear there's been work nearby and that the requisite sign is missing.

The sign is gone and I believe the cache is gone with it. Can the CO please check?

Found with 2011*turtle. The gps led us to the spot but it still took us a while to find the cache. TFTC
Quick find but the replacement cache disappointed the kids who were hoping for some swaps.
Found it. Neither the description of the container in the cache description nor the hint itself were very helpful, but it was easily located. TFTC. 23/03/2016, 11:26 Find #1789
Freshly pruned vines and the thought of a nice drop of red, being friday afternoon and all. Not an easy find with all the muggle traffic by the view provided us with a good enough alibi TFTC♡
When we went past back at the begging of the year it had been muggled. Thankfully it has been replaced. A quick find.

Hi. We found a smaller container than was described and signed it. Please change the description for future users. mjazthomas
Really should have picked a better time of day than a last minute idea on the way home from work. Busy location tonight. TFTC
Found on Good Friday. Easily once I realised what size the container was. All good. SL. TFTC
Fourth today. Great day to visit the hills. New cache is smaller than the original. Still a good one for beginners.
stopped here with earthlight who was a previous finder and sure enough the sign and the cache are gone so i dropped a replacement cache here, if you do not agree with this please feel free to delete my log.
Owl was just driving by and did a quick turn across the road. Then made a meal of the cache by trying too hard not to look suspicious. The flying ants retaliated by infesting her car. Some days are like that!
Touring Australia having left Perth in late February we are leisurely touring South Australia.
We had arranged to meet a friend in Hahndorf so decided to see what caches we could find around that meeting. The weather turned out to be quite nice today with mostly sunshine and only the occasional shower to worry us.
Some interesting sights to see and such an interesting town.
Thanks MrMoochy for helping us to tour SA whilst using Geocaching.

Travelled over from New Zealand for the SA Mega, teamed up with Vistra to gather a few more caches as we travelled from Murray Bridge to Adelaide.
Quick find at site, thanks for the cache

Thanks MrMoochy, we found your cache.
Thanks MrMoochy, we found your cache.
A quick roadside grab for Ghostgums, Kaisho53 and I as we made our way South to the Mega Event this weekend. Winding our way through the hills, the icon popped up on the SatNav and we pulled over for a quick look. Quick was the key word as the location was narrowed down pretty quickly and the container was in hand... [^]
Detail added to the log, we tucked it back and headed off.
Cheers MrMoochy.

We narrowed down our search pretty quickly, but we came up empty handed after looking in the usual places! After a little more searching and putting hands in odd places, Gunnie69 got the cache!
Found on Day 1 of the pilgrimage to Murray Bridge for the Mega event. Today I was with Gunnie69 ad Kaiho53 as we made away along the Princes Highway, stopping at Cleland Conversation Park, Mt Lofty, Belair National Park, Stirling, Mt Barker, Balhannah, before arriving late in the day in Murray Bridge.
Thanks MrMoochy for the cache!

To the max. I've lost count of the times I've driven past here without stopping. today I was on a 100km bike ride and decided to make the time to visit.
I grabbed the trackables from the cache.

Another cache I picked up whilst on my way to stay with Aussie M&M. Left a couple of TB's here. TFTC
A quick find tonight. I haven't been here for a while but for a long time Maximillian's was my favourite restaurant. It was always an extra good night when Max would perform a headstand on a chair in the dining room to entertain the late stayer guests! TFTC and memories Mr Moochy!
Took GZ fridge magnet, left parrot stamp.
