I'm not sure that this geocache needed to be archived when the CO has been providing regular updates to this status. In fact, the CO provided an update 19 days ago, and so is well within the required communications of 28 days?
It is sad that geocaches can be archived so quickly when the area is clearly unsafe and not open to the public, so that the CO can review maintenance requirements.

Visited the perimeter of this park! TOTAL DEVASTATION …….. unsafe to enter. Cache may have survived in its hollow but unable to safely check.
Well we followed the instructions. We parked at the entrance. Climbed over the very high stile. Took mobile phones. Cache located where mobile phone said it would be. Signed log. Headed back to car. Hang on.... where is mobile phone. Thanks to Apple for the Find my iPhone function, thanks to my fellow cacher for also taking his phone so
we could use that function and thanks CPWanderer for the cache.
we could use that function and thanks CPWanderer for the cache.
A good wander in the park. Luckily Optus had signal so I used the find my phone feature to find H423L's. Only ever used that once before in the south east with fourfun when that time it was my phone that was lost. 100% success rate so far with that one. Well done Apple.
Thanks to CPwanderer and **clear skies** from TeamAstro. [^] Cache the planet! [:o)]
This park is a new favourite - can’t believe we haven’t been here before. First walk following a nasty bout of asthma. Thanks for bringing us here.
Lovely walk to the cache. Thank you for showing us this conservation park. Loads of swaps for the geokids. TFTC CPwanderer. JDHZ - Official Space Explorers 2018.
This has been on my to-do list for so long, I am embarrassed!
Finally get to complete this set of cache.
I took the cow pat path.

Porter scrub walk. Been meaning to do this one for ages. One of my favourite orienteering areas when it was allowed to be used as such. Took the car to make room for the Coffs Harbour Banana water pistol.

Have been saving this one for a special day and as it's my birthday it seems like today's the day
Sat-nav got me to recommended parking spot and with my maps showing very little in the way of walking tracks followed given directions for a nice walk through the bush to the cache. Spotted quite a few roos on the way.
Now with the cache part of the day out of the way, it's home for some more celebrations
Thanks for the cache CPwanderer

After focusing on urban caches over the past few weeks, we were very keen to take some time out... and go for a hike away from the urban zone. This one was perfect for today :c) and we enjoyed the company of kangaroos and a koala. Thanks for bringing us to this location CPwanderer!! TFTC!!
A lovely walk with the family in some lovely afternoon light. Just perfect. Thanks for a great afternoon. T: TB L: Toys
Found It!
Nice little wander and a nice spot. Bit of a shame the cache is PM only
TFTC anyway

Been meaning to get out and do this one, today the weather was perfect.
Had the place to myself & the directions were spot on.
Was 40 metres away when my GPS turned its self off.
Damn it!
Ended up taking the more scenic route to the designated coordinates.
Im at the black tree, no cache.
Scanned nearby, oh I see a bigger tree over there.
Just as I found the cache I could hear a nearby wood duck calling.
My go to waypoint function proved useless as it directed me back towards the road.
Luckily, I had the directions. Thanks CP great spot as always.
Cache bonus, next door.

Been on holidays almost a week and yet to do a cache. The withdrawals got to me and I headed out in bright sunshine. It started spitting on the way to the car park but had cleared when i got to the parking spot. I could do with the exercise but I grabbed my rain jacket just in case. A lovely walk in a park I didn't know existed. Spied some kangaroos on the walk in. Made GZ and grabbed the cache. signed the log and it started. Not just a drizzle but rain and plenty of it. On with the rain jacket and had to turn my back to the onslaught to write the log. And 3 tbs to swap for 3 that I brought with me. Hoot I wonder how long they will stay [?] Cleared to a drizzle for the walk back to the car and of course abruptly stopped as I reached the car. Still a fav though, thanks CP.
Yeah FTF for this year anyhow..Cache all good. Thanks for bringing us to this great little park.Took sheep Tb.TFTC
A beautiful park. I was caching today while Geofiance was taking part in the BikeSA slam, so I thought the idea of an hour walk was perfect. I hadn't come prepared. I had water, but my shoes were less than ideal. The early trail was fine with my footwear but soon it was clear I wouldn't make it. A beautiful location though, plenty of butterflies and kangaroos to be watched. I really liked the serenity in this park. Hopefully I will be able to come back another time.
I came, I walked, I saw, I logged, I left a TB and I returned. No rain today. A pleasant walk in a reserve I've only passed by in the past. I like the different landscapes of the parks that the wanderer caches are in and am looking forward to finding the last one of the series (# 6) soon. Thanks CP.
Found during a caching run to clear up a few unfound caches around the hills. Enjoyed the walk around this very scenic conservation park. Thanks CPwanderer!
Managed to squeeze this one in between showers. Have missed seeing CPwanderer around and thought doing one of his caches was a good way to stay in touch. Lovely walk and great CP. Will have to come back for a walk when orchids are out. TFTC
We walked, it rained. We walked some more. It rained some more. We arrived at GZ. We walked, it rained. We walked some more. It rained some more. We arrived back at our transport.
Actually the caching was much better than that. We have visited this park before for Zork. It is a lovely area and we spotted two mobs of roos. Or was that one mob spotted twice. It did rain and we did get wet. We followed the arrow in and the path out.

After doing a nearby cache we headed off at a fast pace through this lovely conservation park. After a controlled burn off some time ago, the yacka trees are flowering, there are early native orchids out and butterflies everywhere. It was a great walk, we followed the directions and stuck to the tracks. It was a 40 minute walk and a very enjoyable one in the early evening. We certainly felt that we had had a good walk after this hike. Loved this cache and this conservation park that we had never visited before. Thanks for the lovely hike CPwanderer. Very nice.
Lots of burnt trees in this area. Lovely place to visit. Spider (toy) in cache scared the geo-man. Took yo-yo. Left coloured ball. Took the long way back to the park entrance. Yummy blackberries. Very long walk of over 2 hours but well worth it.
Had a nice (but wet) walk in today . Fortunately the recent fire (or burn back) didn't reach the cache, but we could still see some areas smoldering .
Took car. Left spider. SL.
Thanks again CPWanderer.

Today was a great day for a walk in the park.
It's been a long time since I walked in this park & it was great to return today.
Swapped a Lizard for a fish & SL.
Cheers.

Another great walk. 2 down 4 to go. I am really enjoying this series. Saw several roos and a couple of Kookaburras seemd to be laughing at me near GZ. Having found the cache I had the last laugh. Thanks CPWanderer. TFTC
This is the last of the Wanderer series that I needed to get. I hadn’t intended to be out this way for some time yet, but a combination of factors had me in the area and I thought that I’d be mad not to pick up this last one. Parked at the yards and made the easy walk in following the fenceline. I had intended to walk in the clear paddock, but two things made me re-think that: Firstly the grass was long and soaking wet, and second, the farmer has laid out a feed line along the fence, and some of the cattle apparently have a ...ahem… digestive problem with whatever he feeds them [xx(] . So – back over the fence and back in the bush I go. Still following the fence, the going was still open and easy to walk. I disturbed a group of deer on the way and that was a bonus. It’s only the second time I have seen them in the wild.
The cache was an easy find and I amused myself by removing the ring from the puzzle (see pic [^]) and then replaced it for the next person . Made no swaps as such, but put in a pathtag.
Thanks for a great series CP Wanderer. I loved them all.

A lovely walk on a cold morning. Saw kangaroos and FOX's, yes 2 of them!

Just a note to let one and all know that Bronsen and Mooshell_22 were the first to find all six of the Wanderer caches. Made even more impressive as they did all six overnight on the night of their release!!!! Equal second went to Flipper&Co, Froghoppin and Drift Kid who did all six, in the wind and rain, over the weekend WELL DONE!!! No one has yet claimed third!
Fourth in the series and the first for today, walked in with Flipper & co and Driftkid without looking at the notes so did it the hard way and came out following the easier track, Nice park TFTC
Team "A" at 10-25 am.
After picking up 3 from this series yesterday, it seemed fitting that we went out today and finish the series, Arrived at the start point and waited for FROGHOPPIN and DRIFTKID to arrive.
we followed the track for a while, then true to our style, time to head bush, mmmm 800 mtrs later, many detours, sidesteps and cursing, we arrive at the posted co-ords.

once all the signing completed, the drizzle started to happen, so, we decided to head to the car via the cleared land about 200mtrs away, HEY, whats this.... a track. mmmmm lets see where it goes. 25 minutes later, we were back at the car, mmmm should have come this way, oh well, mission successful.
CHEERS FROM THE FLIPPER, FROGHOPPIN and DRIFTKID.
Can this series get easier ?????? 2 to go

Took the wrong track at fork. Ended up back tracking to take correct walking trail to cache. Did anyone see those mine shafts. Tried to shine dolphin torch down but could not see to much. I don't think it would be a good idea to bush bash with those shafts there. How did they come about? Again really enjoyed this one. Shared placing with Mooshell-22. Thank you For this really enjoyable series Chris.
Equal 3rd with Bronsen. Got a bit side tracked. Had to go back and sit on a log to read description to work out which way to go. Followed walking trail all the way. Long walk. TFTC. TNLN. SL.
Was working on a puzzle when the incoming email notification alerted me to two new caches. Managed an FTF at Wanderer Five, and an FTF!! here as well. A nice easy stroll with the kangaroos, a quick inspection of the "hut", and the cache was in hand. Did not take the FTF prize, as I had already collected one earlier, so left it for silver. Took the small tool kit instead, and left a Thomas the Tank Engine train. Thanks again CP wanderer for an interesting walk.
Was looking for a cache to do after finishing work early and noticed this one, one of our favourite types of caches, in a park.
If only we had read the description fully Approaching the cache, we arrived at a fork in the trail, track to the left and right, but the cache was straight ahead. We took the left one as it looked better and climbed the hill. At the top we realised it was going past the cache, still about 250m away so bush bashed across to GZ to find the cache (and the track that lead right up to it).
It was getting dark so a quick sign and back to the car.
