Hi Travelling Sister. Today we found your cache on the Devo trip for the year. VK7HCH and I hatched yet another plan to whip it up to the north to continue our plundering of caches both GC and GCA. As there are so many caches in this area we had freedom of choice to do those we wished to. We have solved a few puzzles so we can find those and lots of others. Although I didnt find the girl U want, the caches were enough. Its a beautiful world here in Tassie. Thanks for hiding the cache for us to find today. Finding this cache takes my GC finds to 5273 and I found it on Saturday 26 Oct 2024FTF: NoMates: VK7HCHMuggles: Condition: GoodWeather: slightly cloudyMy favorites:Creative - Back to the future 1 by peaches (GCA5JYD)Hardest - Men in Black Holes by SG-3 (Archived)Most visited - Dragons Lair by Shagzter (GC2E33)Tractable also visited your cache
Thanks Travelling Sister for placing Mary MacKillop - Devonport. Swampy and I headed back to plunder more of the Northern coast over the Hobart Show long weekend. 4 day long weekend for 1 days annual leave. Sweet. This is day 23 Devonport and surrounds. At least my log is not full of bad 80s references. This run has us finding both GC and GCA caches. So many caches, so little time. This is my GC find #2192 and was found on 26/10/2024 at 15:16FTF: Found with: SwampyWeather: fairMuggles: noneLight level: goodCache condition: goodDistance from GZ: Your cache was visited by my trackables: TB9QQD2, TB9KZ39 and TB7HH81
Exposed, but not exposed!! Saturday today, so no muggles. Gets a favourite point from us.
The area has undergone a significant clean up and the cache is currently quite exposed. However it will not take long until the natural camo returns. A new log has been provided - hopefully it will remain until the camo grows.
Special day of caching with my groom of 33 years helping me. This one was great! Pleased it was Saturday, so no one around. TFTC
This afternoon we headed back into Devonport from our riverside camp to find the city center caches. Its a nice little town that we enjoyed exploring. Very walkable, we are looking forward to the coming days and doing some of the coastal and riverside walls. Our thanks to all the COs for placing and maintaining caches for us to find.Mary certainly got around weve been to a few spots on this trip with schools named after her with no cache so much room for series expansion TFTC this is a beauty
Find Time Estimation For This Cache (Minutes): 2 , Account Total Cache Count: ?,Account Cache DNF Count:? , Today Cache Count:1 , Todays Cache DNF Count:0Good geocache placement
Revisiting with LittleBoo17 who hadnt logged this one previously. Now he has his own cache account we are slowly revisiting most of our past finds . TFTC
We checked the cache today. Not sure what some others found, as official logbook was only slightly damp and easily signable. It was certainly not saturated nor gross. It would appear that some recent cachers have found something other that the correct log. All is well with this cache.
Jetstar was having a sale…. in the middle of winter, for a destination further south than I already live. That sounds like a great idea!
So a plan for a 4 night whirlwind tour of the northern part of the state was hatched. I’ve seen lots of this beautiful state, but haven’t found a single cache. With plenty of challenges to tick off, and a long list of targeted caches, this week is the time to turn that around.
After flying in last night, today sees an ambitious schedule with plans to cache all the way to Ulverstone for the CITO and event, and then on to Stanley.
A quick stop in here to grab this cache. Forgot here was nobody around this early on a Saturday morning.
Thanks Travelling Sister for adding this cache to the worldwide collection for us all to enjoy.

OzHockeyChick shouted me a return flight to Launceston for my birthday. So grateful for this awesome gift and so very pleased to have her with me to celebrate. We got diverted to Hobart which definitely wasn't part of our tight schedule. Once we got back to Launceston, we hit the ground running and continued that way for the whole weekend. Thanks for this great cache, a favourite for me.Thanks for placing this cache for us to find.
A 'Thelma & Louise' style weekend away with Geoturtle37, to celebrate her recent milestone birthday. We are flying in to Launceston on Friday afternoon, returning to Melbourne on Sunday evening. Our carefully planned itinerary includes selected LGAs, placement dates, DTs and high faves. If we manage to find them all, we can expect 186 smilies in total.
Had to activate Stealth mode: Expert. A fav point heading your way.
Thanks for bringing us here by placing this cache, Travelling Sister

Thanks earthlight for alerting us about the state of the logbook. It has been replaced.
Today The X-Trailers and I walked around the shopping area and along the coast. We had a great 4-5 hrs caching. Nice to see another in this series .TFTC
Earthlight decided that today we would walk around the area to gather a few smilies . 3 hrs later we were saying time to stop for the day .

We did this one time but then didn’t find it but today we came back and we found it but the funny coincidence is that it’s world geocacheing day hah
After leaving the Spirit of Tasmania, thought I would do my first cache in Van Diemens land. Logbook is very damp, thank you very much
Thanks for the cache.
Although it was a school day, we were here late in the afternoon so no muggles near GZ. We were able to park right next to GZ and only had to have a short search before the cache container was found, and the log signed.

Quick find as we did some caching around Devonport. Thank you for bringing us here.
TFTC! Thanks for a nice quick find a wander around Devonport doing if you caches
Well I can’t go past a MM cache. Log book was too wet to sign unfortunately TFTC Travelling Sister for another in the series.
For a seemingly well built fortress unfortunately water has wet the book so couldn't sign
Easy find! Log was very wet and dirty! Unable to write on log because of it! TFTC
When i approached this hide with lots of Favorite Points i sort of knew what i was looking for but just had to spot it quickly. On a weekday with kids in school was gonna be a challenge but i saw it in about 5 seconds so it was retrieved, with a free prick [B)] from the pretty bushes lol. They weren't giving up their secret that easily.
Sat myself down and SL at 12:58 on Tuesday 23 March 2021.
This deserves a Favorite Point from me too... it's a classic [^]
