Thanks CoxFamily7310 for placing Old Library. Swampy and I headed back to plunder more of the Northern coast over the Hobart Show long weekend. 4 day long weekend for 1 days annual leave. Sweet. This is day 23 Devonport and surrounds. At least my log is not full of bad 80s references. This run has us finding both GC and GCA caches. So many caches, so little time. Hi CoxFamily7310. Today we found your cache on the Devo trip for the year. VK7HCH and I hatched yet another plan to whip it up to the north to continue our plundering of caches both GC and GCA. As there are so many caches in this area we had freedom of choice to do those we wished to. We have solved a few puzzles so we can find those and lots of others. Although I didnt find the girl U want, the caches were enough. Its a beautiful world here in Tassie. Thanks for hiding the cache for us to find today. Back in Tassie for a short trip. Always great to be able to enjoy grabbing a few caches with my granddaughter.This was a tricky one as we over looked it on the first inspection but eventually made the find. Tasmania Trip Day 3. I was really happy to make the overnight crossing to Tasmania without any issues at all. The slight rolling did not even tip me out of bed. Getting up in time to disembark around 5.45 am was the only challenge, but I did get to visit two caches in the dark before breakfast. I spent quite a bit of the morning caching around Devonport and along he waterfront before circling out a bit to find the four counties on offer before I started along to Burnie, which was a lot closer than I realised. I visited a few interesting locations and then got set up at my accommodation in Burnie. It is supposed to be a heat wave, but it seems pretty cool here to me. After a bit of food, I went for a walk around town to get a few caches and do the labs. I did not manage to find this one today. Thanks.Albida

The day was getting long and the streets were empty of people, which made searching for this cache all the much easier. It was actually a super quick find, I spied the mint tin at a glance. Thanks CoxFamily7310 for hiding a cache here and teaching us all a little history while about it.

This afternoon we headed back into Devonport from our riverside camp to find the city center caches. Its a nice little town that we enjoyed exploring. Very walkable, we are looking forward to the coming days and doing some of the coastal and riverside walls. Our thanks to all the COs for placing and maintaining caches for us to find.Amazing that the library was in a church for all that time. Quick find by the Geohusband TFTC

#704 ~ Found this one with Krossbo by torch light after eating dinner at the nearby Taj Mahal Indian Restaurant This is our first Tassie cache after arriving this evening on the Spirit of Tasmania. Today is Krossbos one day He has made it to Tassie. Spending a week here exploring the north. Would highly recommend staying the night at The Grand on Macfie TFTC CoxFamily7310!!

I recommend having your own pen/pencil. The one provided is too blunt.
