Aftr a previously unsuccessful hunt n grab, I convinced T-Lee, Capn I tha Beast ta stop one las time on tha way back ome. Foun wit a shady lookin character loiterin mere metres away! Although Im sure we looked his as crooked an dodgy.
Thanks for the Cache Mr_Johna,Camped at the Showgrounds, or at least what's left of them, I took off to the nearest cache.Nice little park, I can imagine a crowd of excited kids and the whine of electronic cars doing laps. Perhaps in the future our highways will sound like that as those very same kids, as grownups, drive 1: scale electric cars about the streets.Regards from Victourer
#20792 - 4:27:07 PM; In Tasmania for a couple of weeks to visit family and friends. Arrived in Hobart last night and today was free for some sightseeing and an opportunity to collect a couple of outstanding LGAs. Managed eleven from twelve today and added Sorell and Glenorchy to the LGA found list. Kingborough is on the agenda for tomorrow, then its only the islands to go to complete the set. After adding the Sorell LGA to the found list, headed to Richmond for a few more. Headed back to town and dropped the geohoney in the city, before heading to Goodwood to add Glenorchy to the LGA found list. Ended upon the wrong side of the Bowen Bridge after missing a turn off. Made my way back and soon after had this cache in hand and the log signed. TFTC mr_johna
It was unfortunately on the ground amongst the rubbish so at first we didn't find it. Have now put it back as per the hint for the next person.
Not sure it is exactly where it is supposed to be as per the hint. But I did eventually find it.
It's been 2 Years, 9 Months and 2 days (1006 days) since i logged a DNF for this tricky (For me anyway) hide.I can't remember how many times in between i have tried to find it so this one has become a nemesis for me over the time in between Friday, 21 June 2021 and today, Wednesday, 20 March 2024.I was initially looking in the wrong spot (again) till i shifted my search and amazingly it moved in my fingers... it was the cache and when i saw the log paper within i was rapt! YES! Finally gotcha. I was making sure no Muggles were looking as i fist-pumped upon finding it. How satisfying is it when a long time nemesis is finally defeated by your determination.Today was that day and it was found and signed at 14:01 on Wednesday 20 March 2024.(I could have logged a few more DNF's but i thought i'd let that idea go and just log a Happy Yellow Face in victory when i finally found it).Now everytime i pass this one i will be more at ease knowing it's in the bag!The log within is fine and dry.TFTC mr johna
Found again with my son A-Gull today. The cache was laying openly on the ground, magnet gone. Fresh graffiti on the container. I reckon these morons know there is a cache there I suggest it gets moved to another spot
Well after failing to find this one about a year ago with my son A_Gull, I saw that the cache has been replaced. A fairly straightforward find with the hint

Starting to get dark but we managed to find it. Whatever is covering the cache has a really weird texture, kind of freaked me out when I had to grab it, but other than that it is a very cool cache in a cool spot. Definitely sounds like a hobby I'd like to try at some point! TFTC ️
One of sixteen finds today while caching with Zozetta. We began the day at Glenlusk, doing the Tassie Zodiac Trail in reverse order, and finding one other cache on the way. After that we did a bit of the Montrose trail, where we found three, and then finding two others on the way home for a total sixteen finds and no DNFs.
After our DNF last September we returned today and Zozetta had the cache in hand in less than a minute. Nice to turn this blue frown into a smiley.
Thanks for the cache mr_johna!

Oh YAY! Blue changed to yellow today! Very satisfying to get this one we’ve had repeated trouble with before. Quick find, hint great. Contents all in good nick. Must come back with robots
One cache to be found today and I tried and tried to get out of work to grab one but things just kept piling up until I went to the second job.
When that was finished, I was able to go find one and this one turned out to be the closest.
A quick find in the dark so nobody noticed. Thanks for the cache!

In Tassie for March, cutting a lap and finding a few caches along the way.
Here I was looking in the other east corner.
Thanks Probsty for finding it quickly
mr_johna, I found Reclaimed 1 - Model Park (BYO RC Car) today. Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache.

Muggles at GZ again. But 9 year old decoy kept them at bay. Cache replaced in original location on corner.
I went today with the intention of replacing the cache. Again. Radio control car enthusiasts were racing model controlled cars. They had a great big tent set up at GZ.
Suffice to say there was no chance of replacing the cache today.
I will need the place to be unattended! I will try again soon.

I placed two containers here last week (and didn't enable it) and went back to check last night. The one that was placed "in the temporary location" has gone (albeit it was plainly visible from the right angle but suggests ongoing muggle interference), and the one "in the right place" has fallen off (but was found on the ground directly below where I put it so that woudl suggest that rust is the contributing problem here).
So I am going to need to either put my thinking cap on and change the hide, move it or archive it.
So I am going to need to either put my thinking cap on and change the hide, move it or archive it.
I have had ongoing problems with the cache at this location. I suspect that there are two problems (a) rust and (b) people coming here regularly removing it. I will drop another one off within the next few weeks and am considering changing the hide (again).
###Cache Maintenance Visit Required please.###
This geocache has been brought to my attention as needing an Owner Maintenance visit, as the logs indicate that it is most likely missing, or else some other problem exists with the cache. See the [GCHQ Health Score](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713) process.
I agree that it certainly seems necessary to have it checked by the Cache Owner.
The cache owner needs to:
* Take action to restore the cache or address issues such as correcting the D/T rating.
* Re-enable the cache by posting an Enable log
* Post an Owner Maintenance log to advise what has been done and to clear any Needs Maintenance attribute which is present.
Otherwise :
* Post a Note Log to request more time if necessary or provide other information..
**Do not use an Owner Maintenance log for this. That is for use only **when you actually do something to repair the cache**.
Alternatively:
* Archive the cache, and remove any remaining geo-litter from the site.
In the meantime, I've temporarily disabled the cache page to await owner action by mr_johna and to take it off the playing board to prevent further geocaching community inconvenience.
[Please see the maintenance section of the Geocache Hiding Guidelines.](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines?expand=1#cachemaintenance)
**I will check back in 30 days** to see that action has been by the CO.
If nothing has happened, I will assume that the cache has been abandoned, and, unfortunately, I will need to Archive this cache.
*Caches archived because of lack of maintenance/abandonment will not be unarchived.*
The Geocaching Community needs to have a degree of certainty that a cache is in good condition, waiting to be found, and the CO has a responsibility to maintain their caches.
Please see [my profile page](https://www.geocaching.com/p/default.aspx?u=Balayang) for additional information.
Thank you

No luck for us today.
Looked as well as it was possible and felt around a bit.
Always another time.

Always another time.
Found, although not sure how long it will keep as this seems to be a busy place for kids with scooters and bikes with motors attached, had to wait a while for them to leave
Looked and felt around for ten mins. Late for a soccer game round the corner. So a DNF for me

Found it after reading to logs.
Not really a FTF, but a FTF this newly enabled cache

Placed temporary cache under Mezzanine stair on left due to issue with rain, watchful eyes and the replacement I brought not fitting/holding. Found 1 previous replacement cache stomped on with Camo and magnets removed and no log.
I have been a mixture of busy and unwell so haven't got to it yet (or any geocaching for that matter). After next weekend...
Spent a good while searching all around the shipping container and couldn't find it

No luck for me neither re: this one after a reasonably good look with stealth mode full-on. My fingers were probably barely a 1cm away from it i bet ha ha
Will keep an eye on future logs.
TFT Challenge anyways

Still searched for 30mins , give up on this for four times.. CO reply for hint but right spot..
While caching in the area we found your cache along the way.
We had to wait for a while as scooter muggles were using the track. Once left we went to the park and had a detailed search, then Mrs "T" found it on the groung. We signed the log sheet and replaced it under the post support, northern end. Cache and contents were in good condition.
Thanks for placing this cache for our enjoyment.

We think this may be a nemesis cache. Another dnf for us. We were passing by today so thought we would give it another go but alas still no luck.
I forgot my pen.
So a photo has to do the job. I found it out on the ground. Have put in corner.

Found, but has been destroyed. This seems like a reoccurring thing for this cache. Very unfortunate (
Replaced. New hide. Not what i had planned but it seems to work. No longer on container and no longer down low.
I haven't forgotten.
I need to scope out a different hide and each time i have gone past there have been muggles at gz.

Will be moving the hide. Didnt have the right thing in my toolbox tonight so will need to come back at another convenient muggle-free time.
Sadly it's been muggled yet again didn't last very long, empty Camo tin on ground nothing around vicinity
Most recent replacement cache has been destroyed again and the log and magnets removed. Also the 3rd most recent replacement had also shown up.
This was my first caching trip since being a little under the weather, goose was good enough to pick me up and get me out of the house for a few hours and get some fresh air.
Thanks for the cache.
