TFTC! Lovely day out! Peaceful and sunny here today! All in good order with the cache
Cache out in open but all intact placed back in its hidey hole, I reckon some animal thought this was a nice place to hide, needed a stop and stretch TFTC
Thanks Porkchop6977 for hiding this cache. Now that my calendar and streak are completed, I can just cache for the fun of it. Your Traditional cache, Moss Haven, was just what I needed to get me out of the house and exercising. This is my find #2044 at 13:27 on 28/9/2024. FTF: Found with: selfWeather: fairMuggles: noneLight level: goodCache condition: goodDistance from GZ: Your cache was visited by my trackables: TB9QQD2, TB9KZ39 and TB7HH81
Picked up 2 hitchhikers here of the blood sucking kind, yuck!! Cache however was a nice quick find and sign . TFTC
Did A Roaring Beach run after lunch at Lucky Ducks ...... great little venue ! Enjoying the drive along this road today. No traffic or mad surfers in sight. Hah ! A break in the bush here is very pleasant. TFTC.
An easy find and a claddic cache style but I have a soft spot for these naturalistic caches. I did have to displace a colony of tiny ants trying to make a home in this cache so fair warning I'd anyone is allergic. Cache itself was in good condition though. SL TNLN TFTC!
Good coordinates and hint enabled a quick find while i was driving past. I left a trackable.
63ROOS take me drive around to Port Arthur and Dunally for catch up caches all day and good fun… The weather Beautiful Full Sunny make us feel hot...
Thanks
Thanks
Accompany ALL7 out and about to Dunalley and Port Arthur for caches… Great enjoyed and nice weather day…

Finally the Echidna wins - decided to move it out of the log and pop it under. The resident will now not have to kick it out of its little sleeping space.
Found this one on our way home from Roaring Beach!
One of our favourite spots to visit and spend the day!
There were so many surfers here today and it was good to see them carving up the waves out there and enjoying themselves!
We spent some time reading our books and exploring the cost line!
Super quick find for this one!
The container was out in the ground in plain sight as we came up to the geozone.
I would say there had been an animal in its original hiding hole! We places it back after we logged it!
Had a trackable to place, but there was no room!
So much swag in this one!
Great for the kids!

Found on a nice drive down to roaring beach. Beautiful spot, easy find, TFTC
Roaring beach road is a fascinating drive indeed
Got to this one and parked in the convenient spot to make a quick find and sign at 14:19 on Saturday 31 July 2021.
The log within was soft but still signable. Not a lot of sunlight reaches this area in winter [:o] but it would be a nice cool haven in Summer

While caching in the area we found your cache along the way.
Excellent co-ords led to a quick find, cache and contents were in good condition.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment

Quite an easy find. Grumpy echidna must be hanging around still. None the less it was nice to see all the treasures inside. We have taken one and have replaced one of our own. Hope you don’t mind! TFTC
A lovely spot!
The container was out on the ground so we replaced it according to the hint.

Tftc! Good spot to pull over on side of road. Easy find because it was lying out in the open because as others have said an animal probably kicked it out. Cache in good shape. Dry with newish log. Trinkets still there. Roaring beach is lovely in a Windswept & rough way.
Heading home after a camping trip and diverted along to Roaring Beach to pick up some new caches in the area. This was a quick find because it was sitting on the ground beside it's intended home - perhaps as a result of animal activity. Log signed, trackable collected and cache restored to it's appropriate place
3/12/20 quick stop with fabulist (unfortunately didn’t have my own account until just recently) great little spot to have a geocache
Wandered down to Moss Haven and had a chat to the grumpy echidna that keeps tossing my cache out of its hiding place. We came to an agreement that I would reduce the lunch box to a smaller sistema and he wouldnt turf it out. All good new log ready to roll
Today we ventured into part of the Tasman Peninsula that we have not visited previously Certainly great views from parts as we drove towards this cache. This was a very quick find as the cache was out in the open. Apart from a little moisture in the container, all was well. Had it been evicted by a grumpy animal? We put it back in the intended hide and covered it with some pieces of wood. See if that deters an eviction. Thanks Porkchop6977 for the cache.
Clever little hide had to use cachly to find this one cache due to service issues.
This is the 3rd on our roaring beach trip

Thanks for the cache Porkchop6977. Out and about on the Tasman Peninsula today with RLD4963 and the GeoGSP.
As we approached GZ we could the contents of the container spread out on the ground and the container half full of water. RLD4963 gave the container some TLC after we had added our name to the log. Replaced as per the hint.

Headed down to Nubeena to an art exhibition and couldn't resist the chance to do some quick caching. Found this one quickly, while dodging what seemed like a lot of traffic for a dusty dirt road. Good parking area so was well out of the way. RoadieM grabbed the TB DeUk (she had already travelled with me for a while). Thanks Porkchops for a nice big cache.
out and about with 2 Lil Rafas caching in the peninsula area a great day with good weather and views. parked in the spot next to the log and got out and the cache was out in the open spread out on the ground. log and bag was hidden behind a stump about 2 meters away, all was there just not in the container. Replaced with a water proof container, TFTC TNLN log dry. put container further up tree hoping kangaroos do not dislodge it again.
Had a day for a run around the Pennisula. Some great caches and my target - kelpies was visited as well.

Today we decided to head down the Tasman to find a few caches that had been published since our last visit and this was one of them. It has been a while since we have been on the road to Roaring Beach and it was nice to return. It was a quick park and grab and we were on the way to your next one. TFTC
After a disappointing lunch we headed out his way for the caches we had not found yet. A quick stop here and SSR soon spotted the hide. Now onward to Roaring Beach.
We had no destination in mind until about 9am when we decided that we would head down to the Peninsular after we replaced a cache for 1TOOLMAN. We knew we wouldn't have time to find everything we wanted but we reeled in a good handful and only got wet a couple of times thanks to Tassies crazy spring weather.
Thanks Porkchop6977

Nice easy parking even if goose complained about having to walk back 8m from the car, quick find and thanks for the cache.
We had even less of a plan than normal today, Saturday morning and today's caching location was finally chosen as we picked up our first coffee of the day, so fix up a fellow cachers cacher and then we drove down South to find some of the new caches down the peninsula, no chance of getting them all but we'll see how we go.

Decided a few days ago to head to Port Arthur after an early morning appointment for Lady membsec, to do a maintenance run for the geofamily and also get a few newly released caches since our last visit. Turned out we chose a good day!
Male membsec found the right end. Nice drive out here.

Whoohoo...we got home last night and saw that there were 3 new caches close by!
We got up early (at first light), fingers crossed and headed out for the hopeful FTFs.
Roaring Beach road is being done up, and for some strange reason was really wet (and slippery). The car is a mess!!
We got to this cache and our hearts sank when we saw recent tyre marks into the parking area. But, hooray!! the log book was pristine. We got the FTF!!
Thanks for the new cache Porkchop. So nice to be able to go out caching again.
We left a traveller which has been languishing in our hands since the covid restrictions.
