Gallery of log for Boats Going Nowhere
This boat is certainly not going anywhere, as it has no bottom in it. It is part of the sandpit at Kidstown, between Shepparton and Mooroopna on the Peter Ross Edwards Causeway..
A delightful playground for children, the dream of Geoff Allemand, who gave up his primary school teaching position to oversee its construction and later manage it. Originally a free playground, now they ask for a gold coin donation to enter, but it is well worth it. Kids of all ages, and abilities will find something to do there,
There are also BBQs available there, as well as covered and shady areas with seating for picnics, or, alternatively, a kiosk and restaurant nearby.
Muggle Hubby obliged for the photo which was taken with my iPad, which doubles as my. GPS.
Thanks for the Locationless Alnic39
