#GA2598 - 11:45; After a few days in Melbourne visiting the geoaunt in hospital and the geostudent, it was time to head north for home again. It was quite a nice day and with plenty of time up my sleeve, I decided a couple of short detours from the highway would relieve some of the boredom and keep me alert for the long solo drive. After a disappointing DNF on a now deceased trig to start the day, I had enjoyed a bit more success since and was now in Nagambie. It was wet and miserable last time I was through here, so I didn't stop. No excuses today and I was out of the car, grabbing some snaps of this one and the one next door as well as enjoying the view and reading up on the unusual end to the church which once stood here!
