Story? Many years ago a young enthusiastic fella decided he wanted a boat. Being a handy lad he sought out and obtained some plans. He then threw a whole heap of money at acquiring sheet steel and appropriate tools and spent a bucket load of time to made me to this stage. Then he ran out of spare money, time or enthusiasm so now it appears I will never see the water in a completed condition.
