Found it (08:18) - Tongan Flag near the Harbour in Vava'u.

Saw this after a quck cache raid this morning

While heading back to harbour to wait for the non-caching family component spotted this fluttering in the breeze..

Unfortunately couldn't get myself & GPS in the picture as I was by myself at this stage

Nothing like a bit of caching while on holidays...
