Gallery of log for A Rainforest Loop

WanderingAus wandered by on day 54 of our annual Climatic Refugee trip, after dropping the WanderingMrs (aka SWMBO) at the stop for the free Casino Bus I had almost 6 hours of caching time available. I decided to have another crack at this cache, and when I got near GZ I saw that the large tree which had been felled by Cyclone Carlos, which battered Darwin and the Top End on 15 February 2011, had been removed, exposing an area I'd been unable to access on my last visit.

I've included a photo of a pair of trees which were felled by the ferocious storm. One has been trimmed down, the other is still complete, but on it's side exposing it's roots.

I knew I was looking for a REGULAR sized cache, so there weren't a lot of places it could possibly be hidden, could it? After almost giving up I checked one last very small crevice, and found another of those smallest Sistema containers for a fairly slow find, and due to advice from the owner it was a GAFF 4 find, although if not for the fallen tree I'd have found it as a GAFF 0.

My find No 3759, Third To Find, LCC, TNLNSL, dropped my WanderingAus Happy New Year 2008 Gold GC and my WanderingAus GeoMobile TB in for a visit before grabbing them back again.

The owner needs to update the size to reflect the actual (MICRO) size.
