You don't often see the Hawaiian flag flying around here (in the Blue Mountains of NSW), so I hope I'm not stretching this Locationless category too much by including it. But I think the same flag was used when Hawaii was an independent kingdom.

I immediately noticed this pennant, because it's well known that the flag of Hawaii is the only US state flag that features the Union Jack, a holdover from when Hawaii was a British Protectorate.
