For info, the pen in the cache does not work.
It looks like many have tried to revive it on the back of the log pad.

Fairly easy access along the shore at low tide. A few people around the picnic area but well out of view of the cache. Left a glass marble, took a plastic dragon. TFTC, cheers. 

Searched for 20 minutes or more, no joy. My daughter spotted a rectangular void in the grass and bark which might indicate a muggled cache. The sheep are still very inquisitive and friendly. 

A windy day but not unpleasant, no unwanted spectators around the cache site. Interesting view across the channel. Thanks for the multi-cache, cheers.

Sunny with light winds, an excellent day for geocaching, especially at this location.
I've been to this site during winter when it is the exact opposite - cold, wet and very, very windy.
A few people around but the cache was discreetly found and re-hidden.

Sunny day, low 20's with light winds, good weather for geocaching.
Planned my visit around low tide as I don't have marine transport.
A bit of rock hopping and a lot of walking through soft sand.
Remote enough that there were no other people around, just insects and a few seabirds.
Flotsam / jetsam jammed amongst the rocks provided a frustrating distraction.
Almost left the area without finding the cache but spotted it while keeping
a wary eye on some jack-jumpers just before departing. Lucky.

At the listed co-ords our GPS indicated a position on moist rocks at low tide.
When facing the embankment and trees from this spot the encrypted clue made immediate sense.
 

A fine sunny day. Cache site found easily but we had to be discreet as a camper bus was parked next to the site and the occupant was all eyes.
"Barry's budget bus". Barry probably thought we were going to steal the wetsuit he had hung out to dry on dead branches next to the cache site.
