Saw the fountain, enjoyed the trees, found the taperline trampled the grass and undergrowth, disturbed the "rough sleeper", dodged the sucurity guard as well as travelling 17,199km and STILL didnt find the .............cache!
May give unban caches a miss in future!-Just joking. Some one email me a picture showing where it is please!

I like the words quoted on this one from "A town like Alice". As this is my first time to Australia and I was surprised by the similarities as well as stunned by the differences. Get your travelling in soon-as the world IS shinking!!!

Urban caches always seem the hardest!!Travelled 17,198km and still didnt find it!!!!!Too many people about (perhaps 50% were looking for it as well). Still enjoyed trying and then went on to do the cheap climb of the bridge.

Surprised but are we first to find?
Found easily as co-ords spot on after a hot walk from the ferry. It was nice to fit in a cache and a three Island cruise of these beautiful Islands. Worth travelling from the UK to this one. Introduced two new friends (John & Margaret) to this sport. Also left a TB for a friend who is cruising the Islands (not yet activated-he will have to do that later.)

Dropped off travel bug "Ancient Mariner", please help him see the world and take his photo with a line from the Poem. Then speed him on his way to the UK to meet a "man from PorlocK"

Enjoy reading the poem!

Beautiful location - well worth the effort of getting here from the UK.

So near yet so far! A hard days travel, the look of the dry grass and thoughts of snakes as well a some persistent flies coupled with non caching travelling companions caused us to give up on this one. We live only 17 miles from Lynton in the UK where there are also a number of caches. Now wish I had gone up that hill where the GPS clearly showed the cache to be, may be next time-I WISH!!!

We travelled 14,550 km for this one! Oh and to see the Pinnacles of course. Try as we might we did not find it but must have been close? See pictures and let me know please if you can?
The Pinnacles are spectacular and we saw at least 5 roos on the drive back.

Our first Australian cache and a great one for views and our first look at the wildlife.
