pprass:
I can't believe how quickly you found it. I placed it at 17:30, posted the listing around 18:10 and you got it two hours later! I was expecting to wait 24 hours just for the listing to be approved.
Geodes (and others):
Please feel free to take the geocoins - as these ones are in a race, and I don't want to hold them up. I'm unable to do much geocaching soon, especially not where it would travel the coins far - so, somebody please help them on to their destination. As for the movie, I can leave another copy. It won't be the same as the one that was the prize (wink), but at least you can watch the movie. I'm working late tonight, but should be able to drop it off tomorrow morning.
Thanks for visiting!

My third find.
Had to work today (a Sunday!) so, on my way home I decided to relax and find a nearby cache. Being Sunday made it easier, but what a nifty way to hide a cache. Well done! TNLN.

Forgot to log this on the day I visited. Didn't find. My Garmin Colorado went nuts whenever approaching the large metal parking structure. Tried looking on different levels of the car park, but to no avail.
Next time I'll have to come equipped with a proper compass (electronic compasses just don't feel the same) and work out how to project coordinates from a nearby area with good satellite reception.

Yay, my first find!
The Rickett's Point Teahouse is a regular lunch spot for our family get-togethers. Just got my first GPS a few days ago. Showed my family the GPS unit over brunch, and they were intruiged by this concept of "treasure hunting" (Geocaching is too strange a word to get the concept across to them).
So, after eating, my grandmother, my brother-in-law and I decided to take a treasure-hunting stroll. First arrived at "Raiders of the Lost Carpark" - couldn't find it in time (people had to leave soon) so we continued on to this one, and found it in short order.
I wanted a memento of my first find, so I took the rubber toy snake. Didn't come prepared with any trinkets, so my grandmother contributed an aspirin tablet, my brother-in-law some shiny ribbons, and I contributed two decent alkaline AA batteries with about 70% charge left on them. Hope those are useful to someone whose GPS or camera might be running low on juice!
It was great that I was able to introduce the geocaching concept to others on my very first mission!

My second find ever. I went to the scout hall here, and hung around in this very area as a kid.

Left: Dice
The logbook is full, should probably be replaced. There's not much space left in the container!
