Logs for suwondo

13-Feb-11
We chose this place to have a nice walk with a view on Lake Manchester with some visitors from Mongolia and Sydney. After the rain and the floods of the past months, the area had become pretty much overgrown, but eventually we found the cache, all still in good shape. TNLN. Thanks.

03-Jan-10
Another easy find during our visit to Stanthorpe. TNLN. Thanks!

Found the cache with no dramas. A nice place on a nice day (with no rain, finally!) during our camping trip in Sundown National Park. Thanks.

Dropped off TB Blygoat's Jeep.

We found the cache easily, not too early in the morning with some friend visiting from Indonesia. The unintended steep climb up wasn't all that easy for some of us. Thanks for the nice walk.

The Lake and its surrounding park with the various memorials were an interesting discovery in themselves. The kids had fun finding the clues which easily led to the cache. Nothing in, nothing out. Thanks.

We took Team Fixitwell visiting from The Netherlands to this beautiful spot that we found long ago. Just logging that we took the TB 't Kuuk.

While killing the time between checking out of the Cotton Tree Caravan Park and the kids' surfing lesson in Coolum Beach we took a detour to Bli Bli to find this (and its brother's) cache. An easy find. Thanks.

Yesss, finally a TB! A good quick find on our way to the kids' surfing lesson in Coolum Beach. A pity we couldn't spend more time at this beautiful spot. Thanks!

Well - found it and didn't find it. Obviously, the spot was the right one and we found a torn plastic zipper bag, very likely to have been part of the cache (see picture). However, no goodies, no TB, just a lot of other rubbish indicating irresponsible human activity around here. May need a maintenance check by the owners. It was nice to get out onto the island, so thanks anyway.

Beautiful view and beautiful walk (except for the whining of our little one who thought it was too hot and to hard). Nevertheless, she cheered up when she found the ammo box. Thank you for letting us discover another fantastic area not far from home!

Suwondo visited from Vietnam and introduced the "locals" to geocaching. The kids searched all the mulberry trees in the environment and finally found the cache with a little help. Thanks, nice spots!

Nice park, nice puzzle to keep the kids running through it. Althought the spot of the found coordinates looked anything like it was the place, we couldn't find the cache and didn't have much time to search more throroughly. Thanks anyway!

An easy find, indeed, after an enjoyable visit to Australia Zoo.
