I wandered around a bit, as my GPS had GZ on the rock platform, but finally found it from the clue. Great cache, and it's good. TFTC pedro.

On our epic trip north with Mattyat and perfect Di we made this detour and was surprised at the oasis this waterhole was took many a photo before looking for the cahe, the cat made the find

I remember camping here back when I was about 10 years old. A nice little walk to GZ and after a bit of wandering around I spotted the cache! Always nice to find such an old GCA cache to!

As with the previous cacher, as this one had not been found in such a long time, we were not sure of success. We were pleasantly surprised by the caches presence and condition. Thanks

This was an unexpected surprise!
After such a long period of time since the last log, we were unsure if a cache would still be there to find. But find it we did, all in good order, and in such a beautiful setting.
A real pity more cachers won't find caches listed on GCA. Their loss.

What a great location. Parked the caravan and went for a walk. Found the cache, and then spent some time enjoying the photographic opportunities along this creek, just magic.

A really interesting place to pull off the main road and go for a walk.
I read the information board explaining the meanings of the symbols before I headed off along the trail.
There didn't seem to be a glyph for cache hidden near here ?
Obviously an oversight
I wandered past the rock engravings and read their meanings
Then continued down and across the creek.
The recent water flows have scoured the creek bed down to the rocks below, so crossing was an easy task.
On the other side a short search revealled the very neat and tidy cache hide
Well worth stopping for and appreciating the history and beautiful Aussie scenery.
I guess you could camp here too, according to the rock carvings !

I was in a bit of a rush, so when I burst out of the bushes into the clearing I scared the CRAP!! out of a Daddy emu and about a dozen little babies.. as well as myself. Little emu's are so cute! haha Lucky he didn't come after me... O_o
Took a while to find the cache, my coords were out I think. But eventually I spied the hiding spot

Very nice here today. Found after dropping some Heysen Trail walkers off to complete the final leg of their journey. Took pedometer (I thought it was appropriate), left a dinosoar. Cheers!
First cache for the day after camping in Barachina Gorge overnight and it was a nice surprise to find this little oasis out here. Everything is looking very green and lush in this region at the moment.
Swapped the gloves for a pedometer.

Found late in the day with Team TDB. A quick wander through the scrub while we followed the GPSr. Cant remember what swaps were made as Mr KriKe was on baby minding duty. Can this cache be placed on the international site.
Found it on a hot day. Scared the Emu's away.

On a really hot day it was a lovely suprise to find this oasis. Even though we scarred the kangaroos and emus away the bees ignored us and kept on drinking from the ponds. We spent time to look around the area and pondered the past.
To look for the cache I needed to use the clue but whilst I was decyphering it Carmen had found it.
