What a great place to visit and learn things. Was spooky as had a door slam shut

Before heading over to the pub I stopped by here to get the answers for this cache. Great old spot from the past.

Love the old hangar, a Sidney Williams bolted together steel frame clad in galvanised iron. Light, durable, easy to erect. This is the biggest one I know of.
And good to see the airfield operational again. My recollection is that when I last visited in about 1995, it was officially closed.
It's a beaut spot.

Far busier here than when we were here 2 months ago. We were parked in the overflow area but still able to book in for dinner.
Once unhitched we headed to this cache. Wow oh wow, we visited this hangar last time we were here, but never saw these signboards.
So glad to learn of this cache and thus read the extra info and history.
