I recon everyone heading into Alice has grabbed a photo here so Im expecting an avalanche of logs from all those who made the trek to the Red Centre event.

Well made it half way on the road trip.
Good to stop in Alice overnight.
The airport at the moment is amazing so many planes in storage.
Managed to get a snap at the sign too.

We have travelled from A (our home in SW of WA) to B via the Savannah Way with a two week unexpected detainment in Mackay which has set us back, now sadly travelling back to A via the Outback Way from Winton to Laverton
We have extra time in Alice than we planned so some extra caching is now happening. Gotta love that

This photo was taken in 1996!! It was the trip we met Bazz&Anne - baby&MrsGopher. We met them in outback Qld in 1996. (They are to blame for getting us in to Geocaching!) This was taken after we left them and were heading home. TFTC

The Big Western Australia trip in 2018. Day 7. After a quite night near a side road on the Plenty Highway I headed into Alice Springs for a bit of a break. I had to wait for a few other groups taking images, but I eventually got my turn. The sun is on the wrong side.
