Description
A micro hidden under the Lefroy Brook Tram Bridge.
The Bridge is a short walk along the walk trail from the main "Cascades" area.
There is a sign saying the walk trail is closed due to a broken bridge but you can ignore this as the tram bridge is before the broken walk bridge anyway.
Logs
Down south trying to collect some finds as current summer game comes to an end. Left this one too late in day. Though suspect this one could be worthy of higher D/T rating?
Was in Margaret River for Christmas, took a detour to swing past here & through Manjimup.
Unfortunately the road in was closed for maintenance, and didn't have time to walk 3km via rails.

After a night in Walpole it was time to head into the forests, check out some waterfalls, catch a Tram and climb a big tree, of course, grabbing some caches on the way. TFTC. BigSmile

Fantastic location, a must to visit if in the area. a tram crossed the bridge while we were underneath searching. frightened the living daylight out of us. cheers team carnage TFTC
We were down in Pemberton this weekend for the Pemberton Classic bike race. Today after the race I had the afternoon off to do some caching, and this was the last one I managed to squeeze in, and boy am I glad that I did.
It was virtually 3 years to the day since the last time this was found, and it's still in perfect condition!
The walk track that used to lead this way is now under rehabilitation, and the new track leads away from it, but it's only a short distance from the track to the cache.
A great spot thanks for bringing me here again Team Carnage!

Found on the day that only happens once every 4 years. Needed to take overgrown logging tracks to get to it as main roads were closed.
We stayed last year at the Caravan Park here in Pemberton. This time we stopped in town at the Shamrock Restaurant & Apartments. Very comfortable, far better than our tent!
Well somehow we took the wrong track to this tourist location, but with the Geocruiser it wasn't a problem! Arrived at the parking spot and headed on out to find this cache and your nearby GC cache too! Mr Felix made the walk across the tram bridge and it took a little while for him to spot the tricky devil. But all found and in good condition.

This is a really late log - i was filing through some papers and i realised it hadn't been logged yet. We found this one at 11.25am. Muggles about at the time - weren't sure if they were fellow cachers or not. A beautiful spot, and we also got caught by the tram TFTC

Perth 10.21. Second cache by this fantastic waterway ! I was a bit worried by the track notice, but the cache notes sorted that out. No problems with the cache. Thanks.

Great place & top hide thanks. We decided to take a short cut back to the car park by crossing the bridge & jumping the rocks across the creek. Halfway across bridge & we heard a tram coming. We hurriedly got to the other side & made it with heaps of time but it was an adrenaline rush I didn't need.

WanderingAus wandered by on a Southwest cache hunting run and made a very easy GAFF 1 find. I was surprised to get the FTF 7 months after the cache was placed, but when I got back to the camper van I looked at the cache notes on the iPaq and realized it was a GCA cache. A seven month delay was still surprising, but then I noticed Team Carnage had only published it 3 months ago.
My find No 2144, T FTF Card, LNSL.
