Christmas is July has been and gone. In fact, Christmas in December has also been and gone...just like this event.
Bugger i missed this one by about 4 hours i was at work & did not see it was happening.
I am at work but I am wearing a red scarf, to brighten up the day and very Christmas like. My favourite food is Fruit mince Pies and not something that you can get here in July unfortunately. Thanks for the virtual event and that I can join from Tasmania ( a safe State at this stage).
Hi pood
Nice to meet virtually for the second time
Couldn't resist "putting" up two not one pics in red
Love Christmas in July - the early presents are great and then another lot in December - you think all your Christmases have come at once
TFTC and cheers

Christmas in July?
I think your a little late to the party as I published the cache: 'Christmas Cheer' (GA14698) back in April. Anyway, photo has been placed with this log and thanks for another great event. TFTE

Ok so I haven’t taken the nativity down yet so I grabbed a photo of that with Rudolph. He was sitting in the bookcase. Much better than a selfie

Now that it’s gone 4pm here in WA I can log this cache.
So is it Christmas in July so we know how cold it is in the Northern Hemisphere at Christmas time. Give me a warm Aussie Christmas any day.
Was going to go all out and really decorate this hat but too cold to stand out in the shed and do it so basic decorating instead.
We don’t really have a favourite Christmas meal (or really celebrate Christmas) in our place as normally Mr dimor works (I think he has had about one Christmas off in the last ten years, if he isn’t working he is sleeping between shifts) with one child also normally working FIFO and the other Is temporarily back in WA but lives 1700km+ away so that just leaves me and it’s no fun celebrating solo.
Which can be a blessing as no stress about having enough food, is the house clean and all that jazz that goes with the day

Relaxing at home after a shopping trip to our local supermarket.
Nice and quiet there today, for a change.
Still plenty of loo paper on the shelf too.
Merry Christmas in July to everyone (Victorian Style).
Dropped in at 4:30 WST
Thanks for hosting this get together pood.

I know we Wait Awhile before things happen here in the West
It’s been a great way to have a Virtual Flashmob and a catch up
Our favourite Chrissy Meal is Brekkie by the Beach.
Where all of our Family joins us down on the Foreshore, here in Busselton, for a big brekkiie cook up.
Then a relaxing day watching the grandies with their Chrissy pressies at the beach
Thank you to everyone who joined in the Christmas in July Fun.
It looks like someone else wanted to get in on the action this afternoon - he definitely didn’t want to be left out

Sorry that I am a bit late, but I have been out exercising with my family. We live in Greensborough (Melbourne), VIC.
I have been wearing this green shirt all day so quickly found a Santa hat for the photo.
My favourite Christmas food is my mother-in-law's homemade Lemon IceCream. It wouldn't be Christmas without it.
All my other Christmas-In-July Events have been postponed (perhaps until December).
Thank you pood for hosting this Virtual Event.

Been out in the garden and just come in and only a few minutes to go. Bushfire Geelong.thanks for thinking of this way to add to our fun.
Thanks for hosting this event.
Timing is great for us, as we had to move a cupboard, and our Christmas ceramics are sitting on a bookshelf at the moment. Our Trip Mascot and TB Bowra the Emu is sitting in the middle of Christmas!
We are in The Blue Mountains in NSW and it is cold and windy outside.
We love my homemade boiled fruitcake.
(Thanks Cybergran V for the heads up about this event).

Merry Christmas from Launceston, Tasmania. I love everything about Christmas, turkey and all the trimmings, full-on English Chrissy or even just a Aussie Christmas Barbecue, and any cold frothy goes down well, if I am celebrating Christmas in July I would go for a dark ale.

Cybergran V messaged me to tell me about this event, so here I am, in spirit anyway . Merry Christmas.

I was alerted to this event a few minutes ago (thanks Cybergran V) and since I haven't got much else on, I thought why not catch a ride over to the west with Prancer, Dancer, Comet, Cupid, Donner, Dasher, Vixen, Blitzen, Rudolph and their boss and wish all a very merry Christmas in July. Warm greetings from NSW's Central Coast, and my very great thanks to everyone who has made the months leading up to this Christmas more enjoyable than it might otherwise have been for me and everyone else on GA.

Nice idea and thanks for the reminder Cybergran.

Oooh! Never been to Busselton before!
I couldn't find anything Christmassy to wear, so instead I have dredged up a Christmas pic of me from the eraly 60s! Santa is wearing red, I am sure.
Cold chicken seems good to me when the temp is around 40c! I am in Brisbane.

We’re attending from the Lockyer Valley in Queensland.
‘Tis an awfully windy day here today but the sun is shining and the birds are singing.
We’ve donned our ‘Christmas best’ in colours of red and green. And for an extra touch we even hung up our wreath.
Our fav Christmas meal is prawns and salads. (It’s usually too hot for anything else.).
Thanks for organising this event pood.
Cheers everyone.

A lovely sunny day here in Shepparton.
Muggle Hubby is busy painting the front porch so only venturing out the back at the moment.
Thankyou so much for running this event pood, lovely to catch up with you this way.
And congratulations on completing the challenge.
Nice to see youngoldfella and 2y’stassies here as well.
Wow a huge triangle you have collected already. Three states represented with your first attendees.
Looking forward to seeing who else turns up.

2Y'stassies signing in from Ulverstone on the sunny North West Coast of Tasmania.
For Mr Y'stassie Christmas Dinner can be anything as long as it includes Plum Pud and ice cream while Mrs Y'stassie prefers seafood and Christmas terrine followed by raspberry roulade, preferably made by someone else, with a glass or two of Ghost Rock Pinot Gris.
What is Christmas in July without a tree, some decorations and of course a silly hat. Our photo shows Mrs Y'stassie preparing for the flash mob event.
Thanks pood for the virtual catch up. Look forward to seeing fellow attendees.

It has just passed 1600 hours here on the East Coast, cold and miserable outdoors. Plugged in a USB Xmas tree to bring along some bling and add the festive note for today's event. Thanks for organising pood.

Many thanks POOD for hosting this Virtual event and it is also a challenge of sorts. Well it is 1600 on the coast of lovely Bargara South in Queensland and we arrived home from our 5 Kilometer walk at 1545 so I would be on time. It has been very windy today and the current temperature is 15 degrees with a wind chill factor that makes it feel like 13 apparently. This is according to my know all watch. Added a little decoration for visual effect. My favourite Chrissy Meal/Snack/Drink would be Ham on the bone cut very thick and cooked on the BBQ and a prawn or two on the side. Living where we do Fresh caught seafood is not a problem most times of the year and especially at Christmas and mostly off the trawlers. The Prawns also BBQ prepared as well. Smothered with mustard that's the ham not the prawns

Well I thought that I had a Santa hat stowed away at our bush retreat out the back of Captains Flat,NSW, but when I managed to find it, or rather Pa found it, it turned out to be a Christmas stocking. I can wear that as easily as anything else. My favourite Christmas food is prawns, prawns and more prawns. Followed by Christmas pudding floating in brandy custard. There has to be plenty of brandy, I mean custard. Thanks for this great Flash Mob Event POOD, only wish that it wasn't Virtual. Imagine the fun we could have had with the likes of Cybergran, Youngoldfella, 2Y'stassies and yourselves Pood. I hope you are all well and keeping safe. Merry Christmaas in July to you all.
