After only three attempts, over several years, I have finally read the instructions correctly, had fresh batteries and some spare time. With all the rain last week, it was fairly soggy underfoot, but I made it safely, and with a careless swipe at the hide, it all came out in the open. I rescued a pack of mint chewing gum that was well past it's use by date (20 dec 2011), and went on my way.
The walk through the park was great. Although i could not find the cache, maybe someone has moved it or it has been taken?
Maybe give a few more clues next time and explain the location a bit better. Cheers

It was late in the day when we arrived at Belair National Park and we decided to take our car in (at our expense) rather than walk. We were able to get within 350m of the cache. The walk to the area of GZ was magnificent - the trees, the light incident on their damp trunks and the overall setting made a magnificent vista. Once we got to the first waypoint the required information was obtained quite quickly. The offsets were calculated but we still struggled with "offsets from what?". We looked at a couple of possibilities and one of them led us to the cache. The cache and its contents were in good condition. Thanks for bringing us to this lovely area Miray and thanks for a different type of puzzle.
We sure chose a great day to do this cache today, the weather was perfect! We rode our mountain bikes up from the main entrance and walked them the final couple hundred metres to the maze. The rings were counted, and the decades deduced, and the new coordinates entred into the Garmin.
We set off to find the cache but with 50-odd metres to go, decided something must be wrong as we'd reached a fence. A quick check of the cache description revealed we'd applied the numbers to the wrong way around, so we fixed that little problem and set off again.
At GZ I checked what I thought was the obvious locations, but Mrs J was on the ball and found the cleverly hidden cache. The container is doing a good job, and all contents are nice and dry.
It's great to see someone still has an interest in preserving this maze, even if it does look a bit worse for wear.
Thanks Miray.

I am so pleased to have done this cache as it has been on my to do list for years. The final GZ is a grreat hide. Must have taken years to grow and then cut just right.

On our first ever day of geocaching, we visited this cool location. Very exciting for the kids, who made the find ! Have lived in this area for nearly twenty years and never even knew there was a maze ! AMAZING !! Took a jigsaw and left a dog !
We remember the maze from years ago, but this cache showed us where it used to be as we had forgotten, great fun gathering the required info, glad to see the fantastic hiding place survived the recent burn offs TFTC

As luck would have it this cache has survived the recent controlled burn that took out all the undergrowth and many logs and stumps in the area. Thanks for the cache miray!
Was up here today, but paperless geocaching let me down! Didn't have any GCA caches uploaded in my GPSr
No description, so I couldn't do the sums. Oh well, next time.

Found this one, while on a walk in the park with Toddler Tardis (giving Mrs Tardis some peace and quiet at home).
Thanks for such a great cache. Very interesting to learn about the maze and its history. Did the maths and quickly found the cache at GZ. A good sized container in a good hide. Brushed the cobwebs off and signed the log. It is a shame this cache doesn't get visited more often. TFTC.
Day 263 of non-stop caching.

I turned up at the maze to find one of the volunteers who maintain it. I had a bit of a chat about the sad state of the maze, and managed a peek under his spraying equipment for the details on the plaque. I'm pretty sure I did the maths right, but after spending 20 minutes searching around GZ, I still hadn't found anything resembling a cache - clever camo or no.
Even with the showers passing through today this was a fun hunt
Got all my numbers easily enough then went round & round in circles for a while (not in the maze!) before finally spotting the camo.
Thanks for the fun Miray.

The whole Trigg-A-Nomics clan headed up the hill to Belair today to pick up this cache.
A chilly 14C down on the plains today and even colder up here. We soon arrived at the plaque and the girls headed off to count the trees while the boys did the maths. I sure hope those working on this maze are a patient lot, there's not much to see for 20 years of effort! Good on them. It will be great to see it restored to its former glory!
+/- 100m isn't a great resolution for caching, but we managed to lob in the general vicinity and then spent half an hour searching before locating the cache. A great hide.

Could work out part of it from Nearmap but went to find the rest of it this morning and the cache as well.
Used to knock around here as a kid a lot. Doesnt seem to have changed all that much in 30 years
Opened up the cache (clever hide) and found a virgin log book Yay *FTF*
