When we went over the bridge on our way into town I thought no way! There’s nowhere to park. But Muggle Hubby managed to find a better spot that was much more accessible. And then I thought the worst again, but it was not nearly so bad as I expected. With a hop, skip and a jump, my hero had the cache in hand and added our names to the log. And no, the only wails to be heard was me on arrival!
Thanks for the cache honeysucker

#GA1943 - 09:50; Day three of a caching mission to Victoria with Sol de lune. After collecting more than 100 finds yesterday, today's mission is to travel west through Ararat, Stawell, Horsham, Dimboola and Nhill to Bordsertown, then on to Naracoorte and Mount Gambier before returning to Creswick via Lake Bolac, caching along the way. Collected this one after pulling into a lay over on the way towards Dimboola from Horsham. TFTC honeysucker

Found en route to Dimboola to visit the In Law's. Took longer than it should have thanks to some buggy GPS by the bridge. TFTC.
A quick find on day four of our three week caching holiday, found to the sounds of a lot of traffic passing on the nearby highway but no one knew we were there! TFTC
I also had found the GC cache here previously.
Today I found nothing. Except a wasp nest. On leaving I glance to my right and there it was. TNLN. Found on my 8th day of the 1st Anniversary trip to Adelaide.
Thanks for the cache!

Some years ago we found a GC cache in this area. On subsiquent visits to SA we had bypassed this cache due to time constraints. Today we had plenty of time so made the detour to this area. A short scramble and the good sized and well stocked cache was in hand. Cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks for this cache Honeysucker it is well worth the detour.
Sorry for the late log.
After spending the weekend in Murray Bridge tackling the Oz Mega Trails before the event.
Heading home after a big weekend I decided to grab some of the caches along the way.
more long grass and with the warm temp I was still a bit hesitant of snakes but taking my time into GZ and watching were I was walking. I soon found a good sized and well stocked container.

But what the 'eck, no one's watching
Don't get run over on your way to GZ

Found on the return trip to Adelaide from Sydney. I've driven past this one a few times, and today was the day to finally get it done. The trucks make an interesting nice as they whiz past overhead. Didn't see any whales anywhere. SL. TFTC.

I went for a wander to find this cache whilst the rest of the family were having a powernap in the nearby rest area.
After finding my way through the long grass and over to the base of the hill, I managed to walk into yet another huge arachnid, retreated and attempted another way through the grass only to almost step on a freshly dead rabbit At this point I started to wonder what on earth I was doing, by myself in the rain and on a slippery hill in completely inappropriate footwear, but I continued. I got to the top of the hill and quite close to the passing traffic, but even thicker tall grass was blocking my path, so a quick walk down the hill on a different angle was made to check out the approach but I spotted a headlight in the distance and made a quick dash back up the hill just in time to put some distance between myself and the loud freight train flying past on the way to Melb. At this point I decided to throw caution to the wind and walk through the grass in my open shoes, found the cache exactly where I thought it was and made my wet and muddy return to the car.
Thanks for the adventure Honeysucker

This is the second of two dual listing caches where I found the GC version (GC29KHZ) at 16:15 while on the way back to Horsham after our bushwalk but didn't realise that the GCA cache was also 'available'. Apologies for the late log (August 2012) .
TNLNSL. Thanks once again Honeysucker.
