Description
Get a smiley for going to the dentist!
I took some photographs of the spectacular view from my dentist's surgery this week. I could see clear across to the mountains of the Great Dividing Range.
I wished there was some kind of locationless you could get just from going to the dentist. So I thought of this one.
Get a photo of something - you, your teeth, the dentist's feet or the view outside but try to get the GPSr in there. Be as creative as you like. John Lennon was very creative, he was an art student and you know what they're like. My mum and I used to sit on the floor and howl with laughter when we read his books "A Spaniard in the Works" and "In his own Write" in the 1960s. One story was called "At the Dennis" so I've named this cache for John Lennon.
Everyone goes to the dentist, right? So you should all be able to get a find for this locationless.

One of my least favourite places and the charges are horrific but I for one would hate to work here.
Thanks.
My dental surgery is in Ulverstone, Tasmania at
S41 9.560 E146 10.370
As a kid I was tortured by the dentist so only went when I really needed to go so now I don't have the teeth I have now.
So I keep my mouth shut.

Attached is a photo of each of us in the chair.
Thanks for the fun cache Bristracker.
Had a trip to the New Town Dental Centre yesterday and had thirteen teeth extracted.
On bugger is still in there - it loved me too much to leave the jaw; little sh-- of a thing! Causing too much pain to come out - local anaesthetics don't work on me properly......
They said they'd given me enough to drop an elephant ; TOTAL block on Tuesday!!! I HOPE?????
Photos show and speak for themselves.
Go back Tuesday to get the pesky one out and hopefully the rest so I get me some false choppers!
Genetic deficiencies caused my teeth problems - talk about REDNECKS!
TFTC and cheers
OldSaint.
I snapped this photo on the sly as I walked towards my impending doom!
I could certainly tell it has been awhile.
How high tech they are.
Tv's and all.

Then I had to explain to the dentist what I was doing it for. He didn't seem overly interested but he HAD read "At the Dennis"
Mrs y'sT on the way to her 6 monthly check up. will she come out smiling?

I had my regular appointment to have my teeth cleaned. I had already had my check-up and my teeth were pretty good, considering my age. Two new crowns in the past three years. Now they're mainly worried about my gums! Will it never end? Guess not . . . need those teeth!
Anyhow, I wasn't brave enough to try to take my 'At the Dennis' shots (God bless John Lennon) while inside the surgery, but pulled out the iPhone and GPSr upon leaving . . .
By the way, one of my GCA caches is located only about 150 metres from this 'dennis' at Round Corner . . .
All I have to show is the bill and the certificate for personal leave.
Ah well, 6 months to save up for the next visit, gotta pay for that real estate.
