Description

Another in the series of people who have interesting things in their front yard.  This road actually has a few competing for the most unusual but this is our favourite.  Its also an easy spot to hide a cache.

Still heading home from Alice Springs and are currently caching around Bendigo. Nice to find GCA caches. All good, walked from the trig. The giraffes are impressive and match the log book. TFTC

A lovely themed log book for the location.
Wouldn't like them in my front yard but quite liked them in this setting, especially with the red hot pokers out in flower in front of them.
Good to be finding GCA caches in such good nick.
Thanks.

Once in the right spot, the cache was soon spotted and all was good. Only noticed the front yard on my way back to the car. Wow, something different again...(but more was to come further down the road WinkWink ...)

Thanks for another one guys.....

When we arrived and parked the car, we were wondering about the significance of the name of the cache. Then we looked across the road and all made sense. Certainly a lovingly created display that would be unique in Bendigo and probably over a much wider area. Accurate coordinates and the hint led to a quick find. The cache and it's contents were in good condition. TFTC The Morris.

Today was a big day with 57 finds in the Bendigo area with Honeysucker including an event to celebrate Tigersden's 250 hides. Finished up the day with some night caching in the CBD. Tommorow is the 4WD event to the east of Bendigo.

Nice giraffes. TFTC. Very Happy

563. Who knew they could bark? Trained guard animals? Whatever they were barking at me as I searched for the cache. This didn't take long as the cache was in the grass in the open. I had no idea where it belonged so it was put where I thought it should go for safe keeping until the owner can check. I'll send a separate email.

TFTC and the scarf knitter's nightmare.

We loved the display in the front yard. Nice easy cache to find.

Found 10.30am
Jill loved the subject item in the front yard over the road, I was too busy looking for the cache which took some finding which I must admit was not found by me. As usual Jill started searching without a GPSr and found the cache in a place I had already checked.

I was made to look at the items over the road as punishment for just jumping out of the car thinking only of the cache Shocked .

Thanks The Morris, great idea for a series.

Found by Roma and Max.
We also think this one is as good as we have seen to date, as the surrounds have been faithfully created to to suit the objects habitat.
Thank you again The Morris,
from Romax.
