Description
I spotted this unusual bit of 'artwork' last week while bringing a windrower front home and just thought it needed a cache!
Australia's coat of arms features a Kangaroo and an Emu. Two animals which supposedly can't move backwards - symbolizing that Australia is always moving forwards. Apparently we are also the only country is the world that eats it national fauna emblem - the kangaroo...
Going of the title on the artwork, I'm guessing it was made by the farmer that lives to the south of GZ. I don't know why or when it was built - if anyone knows more please share it with us! It certainly looks impressive!
The cache is a lunch-box sized clip lock container painted black. Good luck!

Out caching with firesafe tackling the fishing line and this appeared on the radar.
Love that you took the time to put a cache here. Thanks for sharing it with us.

Quite impressive artwork, it must have taken a while to make it.
The cache was a nice quick find, and pleased to find the cache in excellent condition. I wonder if the coat of paint helps a plastic cache last longer?
It's sad to see that we are only the third team to have found this in nearly two years. We wonder if there are still any active cachers remaining on Yorke Peninsula?
Thanks Laighside Legends.

Today was the day we decided to visit Ethel, a grand lady of the sea in her time, but a bit of a wreck nowadays. She had lots of visitors while we were there and she is now silent, but we still learnt a lot from her. We had a great day gaining a few smileys, too.

After finding "One For The Grommets" we headed off to look for this relatively new cache. We arrived at GZ feeling we knew where it should be. We circled the selected object and saw nothing. As she started her second circuit Mrs y'stassie saw something that triggered her cacher's instinct and soon had a good sized container in her hand. On opening the log book she was surprised to see a blank log. A great feeling to come from Tasmania for a FTF on the Yorke Peninsula in South Australia. When she replaced the cache and stood back she was surprised to see how well it blended into the surroundings.
Thanks for the cache and the FTF pathtag Laighside Legends.
