Hi Richary,
The bulldozer I reported in my log of the 10th Nov was ranging up and down the beach going approximately 30-40m each side of that access track. The track beyond the gate was covered with wind blown sand and that is what the bulldozer was endeavouring to clear away - he wasn't trying to make the track wider - he was trying to clear it so that boaties could use it. The bulldozer had churned and was still churning up everything, sand, bushes, driftwood etc when I was there. As I said my GZ of the coords was about 7m out into it's 'playground'. I am sure no one is going to find that container.

Sounds like this has definitely gone. Not sure what the council was playing at with the bulldozers that far off the existing track as their Foreshore Development Plan doesn't show anything for there apart from vehicular access, which there already was.
Luckily no TBs in it anyway, someone else can place one in Kingston SE elsewhere as the place deserves one.
Cheers

When we pulled up here we remembered the same spot some months earlier. Made sure it wasn;t about, took some photos and then off. Maybe it will return someday
Can the next visitor if possible take a photo from near the start of the track towards the beach? That will help me know if it has gone. Only applies if you get a DNF of course!
sorry, should have taken a pic. But I jumped the gate and got to GZ and if it used to have some sort of structures nearby, well they are all knocked down now and there is absolutely no bushes there. There seems to be a track marked by cars. The site is locked by Landmark Ltd Pty. There seems to be no real obvious bushes at 20m radius of GZ.
We lucked out on this one too. Our GPS put us just south of the access road, but we couldn't find the lone bush, let alone the cache.
I got to this place, I guess, about 1 hour too late! A bulldozer was there still pushing heaps of sand around clearing access for what looked like a sanded over boat ramp. He had been back and forth over GZ which was 7 metres into his playground! I think you can archive this one.
That would be a shame if it has happened. The track going there was already quite wide enough for boat launching and used for that purpose when the cache was placed. Can't see why the council would deliberately demolish more of the foreshore to widen it.
As I can't easily check it nowadays I will wait for another DNF or two before deciding to archive, just in case your GPS happened to be playing silly buggers on the day (as they do). How wide do they need to make the track anyway? It was already about 5 metres across.

Looks like a nice beach...we'll have to return in warmer weather! Thanks for leading us here.
First lets stop for a Geo find, #1 for this trip, as we head with Madfish63 to Robe for a 4wd adventure across the dunes and along the beaches. This cache is madfish63's first one. Oops, Paul spotted it.
It took me ages to find this one.
After finding a lone calling card with "Thanks" and a tweety sticker I didnt think it was going to be promising.
Even went back to the car looking for a replacement.
Then went back and had another shot and there it was all along.

We were not sure if we were going to be able to get this one as there was a council worker mowing the lawns nearby. Fortunately we were able to retrieve the cache while he was out of sight at the other end of the lawn.
We quickly signed the log, waited for him to do his next circuit and then were able to replace it.
No sign of Sally today
Thanks Richary for the cache

Up early to walk to GZ from the motel for the sixth find on a geocaching week in the South East. Alas no pen or pencil so a walk back to record the find and return. Grabbed the geocoin for its onward journey. TFTC, Cheers, Rav 4 Raiders

Now this is what caching is about. If I hadn't been caching, I would have never visited this beach. It is stunning. Took pictures to show Tina what all the fuss was about. this area is great, wish we had more time so I could drive up and down the beach a few times LOL!
TNLN, Thanks for bringing us here today.

Had lunch nearby, with a short walk to the cache site. Nicely hidden - the lid matched the background to perfection. Thanks Richary.
Thanks for the hunt, a nice easy find. just what we wanted to break the drive.

Found on our Melbourne to Adelaide road trip and caching adventure. Nice easy find on a lovely beach. Didn't see Sally, though. Left a Kiwi keyring. TFTC
Saw a few Labrador’s and a few possible Helen’s. We weren’t game to say hi in case we got smacked in the mouth.[:X]
Check out the pics. I wonder if any of them is Helen? The blurry one is a possible heading into the Carpenter Rocks deli. From a distance, she could have been the one. Guess we will never know. You be the judge.
Clear skies, TeamAstro.
Found by edmil & maddie. We just loved this area. The cache was a quick find no swaps were made. We decided to have a look around further and just down the coast a bit we had the pleasure of watching dolphins swim just off the beach, absolutely fantastic. Thanks for the cache and the opportunity to explore the area, well worth it
A quick easy find on the beach in Kingston. Didnt see Sally today, maybe the breeze was a little brisk for her today . Cheers. MODU.
Nice easy find although we did have to wait for some kayakers to launch from the beach before we closed in for the find!

Nephew found this one easily (hope not too easily!), and no-one around. Left Geocoin and bubbles. Took nothing else. Nice beach thanks!

Luckily for us there were no muggles enjoying this part of the playground today so cache was quickly in hand. TFTC
A "stop, revive, survive" cache stop on the way to Mt.Gambier. Found quickly, but getting it back was the almost a problem, a car pulled up in full view of us and the cache location. Hmmm, may have to wait this one out we thought. It ended up being a couple of local Adelaide cachers the penguins! It's always good to meet fellow cachers in the field.

Pulled up to find a couple hovering suspiciously near GZ, appearing to read something that looked like a logbook. After letting Team KiloSierra sweat it out a bit, we approached and said hi. Nice to meet you .
Took Brittany's Sports Balls TB - I know just the place for this one.
Thanks richary.

Took a little while to find this one, but after I moved away from the rest of the group I had a little more luck finding it. We had a couple of muggles up the hill with a dog watching us. Cheers Gav [1385]
coords seemed a bit off, and we seemed to get a bit of attention from muggles. Crazy tourists!

Sally not in sight today. Beautiful on the beach with a gentle breeze. Left a crocodile and took a car. Then headed off for fish and chips.
First cache of 10 today. A nice easy find to start the day. It was a lovely morning and the place was deserted. No exchange was made.
My thanks to richary.

Eleventh of 16 for the day while travelling to Mt Gambier. I know this corner well having run a number of triathlons. Nice hide.
Found by Mary & David at 1315. A howling gale today and the winds and surf were pushing vast amounts of brown seaweed to the shore. Too miserable for Sally to be out today. Pleased to see another cache along this part of the coast too. Great to see you again the other day at Geelong; hope to see you move to our side of the border soon. Our thanks to richary & fab.
Found on our way to the Mount

We were all out of luck on the seafood side of things. Very disappointing as we were expecting great seafood only to find nearly everything closed.
At least we found this cache on the otherwise deserted beach.
TNLN - thanks.

Found with Sally... not the labrador but the Sally of Salamander fame! A nice place to stop on the way home from CCC and change little shonky's nappy. Thanks Richary, and hope things are well for you in the big smoke.
Found easy enough. Here with Tweety2 for a wedding tomorrow thought a bit of caching along the way would be a bit of fun TNLN

After arriving in town we headed down the beach to find this cache before we found our accommodation. Unexpectedly easy to find, probably a testament to the relatively low traffic in this area. No sign to Sally today, and the beach was about half a metre deep in seaweed! Kingston SE is a lovely seaside town well worth a visit. We had the best fish and chips here that we have had outside of Qld (so much better than in Victoria!). T: dolphin, L: bouncy ball. TFTC!
Found by Sallymander, Alice the amphibian, James the Newt, Toad of Toad Hall and the nasty evil fire breathing DRAGON (read mother in law) as they headed south to Watto's 50th.
This is the easiest cache we have found yet. Right on GZ. Met other cachers - Oenze and Feathertop (hardened cahers) at this. Thanks for the tips guys.

28th find of the 5th day at 4:45pm for our Adelaide trip, accompanied by Feathertop.
We were just chatting about the fact that on our trip to Adelaide we found it strange that we did not bump int any other cachers, then on arrival of this cache we saw a couple of suspicious characters and by their activity we knew straight away they were cachers, we did the usual introductions and then chatted a while about geocaching, it was nice to have met you SydneyKiwi and Mrs. and Baby. TNLN, Signed Log,
Thanx Richary & Fab for the cache....

28th find of 30 on our last day in SA accompanied by Oenze. We surprised two cachers, Sydneykiwi logging the find right in front of us. Always great to meet others out caching and we had quite a chat before moving on. The only cachers we saw in 6 days. Thanks for the cache.
Easy find at another great spot but was a bit disappointed not to see Sally

Found this one on the way from Meningie to Beachport. A good break for lunch. It was quite windy and we nearly lost our hats. TNLN

Found by Barry and Beryl at 4.00 pm while on our way to the Lucindale Field Days, a surprise to see that we were First to find. Had to wait for Muggles to find it then again to hide it as there were many walkers and also someone came for a swim.
However we did find it within a couple of minutes, a lovely calm day with spectacular cloud formations. Took TBG December 2006 geocoin, and left "Rapid City, United States of America" Unite for Diabetes Travel Bug.

Just passed through here yesterday on our way home, were thinking that his town needed a cache to help break up the journey. Oh well gives us another reason to stop next time when we pass through.
