Alas we couldnt find this cache today, but all in all we have had a fantastic adventure today finding caches and walking around at the end of the world. Now its time to head back down south.TFTC SkippyKeep smiling
Huge tree here that’s for sure, cache easily found and is all good
Today after my own two events in the city I decided to head away for a night of camping, caching along the way mainly focusing on caches yet to be found around the Goyder LGA, by the days end I found myself camped up in Caroona Creek Comservation Park. A great day out enjoying the SA country side and found around 60 caches
Thanks for the cache

A Thursday Mystery Tour was planned with Ttrogg.
We stopped here on way to Robertstown from Burra.
Ttrogg parked the geomobile, a short stoll.
The cache was quickly located by Ttrogg.
We stamped and signed the logbook, and replaced the cache. tftc

Time for a Thursday Mystery Tour with the Rat so after picking her up from her nest we again headed north. But this time the main target was Burra and the new AdLab there. Of course there were going to be quite a few physical caches as well. Returned via the Worlds End Highway as the caches we both wanted were thicker there. This is one of twenty on the list that were found, no DNFs but did drive past another two while I was playing with the navigator.
After parking nearby and wandering towards GZ, put away the devices as it was clear where the cache was going to be, and it was.
Thanks Skippy. for putting out this cache for us all to find.
Cache #13115 for me.
This log composed and published using GSAK (Geocaching Swiss Army Knife).
****SA’s Leap Year Event GCA1DNA - keep the date free - 29th February 2024. Can’t wait!!****

We approach this one with a degree of caution, thinking, perhaps recent flooding might have removed it. But then we noted that someone had kindly replaced it recently. It’s tucked nicely safe and sound above the waterline. TFTC
We had checked out the camping at the Worlds End campground, and resolved to return and stay there. This cache was close by so we crossed the road and mounted a search, which was successful.
Today we enjoyed caching along the Worlds End Highway through Robertstown and into the Worlds End Gorge. After completing those caches we then continued to Burra to do the Lab cache and a couple of multis that have been published since we were there last.
On arrival at GZ we boiled the kettle for a cuppa and morning tea. Magnificent gum trees (presumably red gums) around here
Many thanks for the hide Skippy.

Thanks to Philip for taking to a place that bears no relation to its name.
This weekend was apparently quiet for this area.
The average age was I reckon 60ish.
All in their vans doing their own thing which is not hard to do as there is nothing to do but sit, watch the world go by slowly or do a couple of geocaches which Philip and I did.
Thanks for the cache.

TFTC Skippy. After an encounter with a earlier in this walk, I was pleased to find myself alone with this cache
quick find.
found with Mogni. Headed out in the general direction of clare and planned to clean out clare before the June Long Weekend End Event in 2022. As usual there was ALOT of caches found before then and only a couple of caches where found in clare before staying in Farrel Flat for the night. The next day was cleaning out Burra and slowly making our way home. Damn doing multi's takes so long, since the final has a habit of not being in the direction you are planning to go next. All caches that where found that were brittle or damaged were replaced and logs found wet where replaced, except for nano's. Nano's are evil spawn and you can do your own maintanence on them.

It was school holidays and I needed a break from school and chores and needed to just have some fun. I talked sir_spectre into joining me for a weekend away caching near Clare and Burra. We avoided the big towns and focused on the caches we normally drive past on the way to somewhere else. Any caches that needed some attention got it.
Thanks to Skippy. from mogni

Team Honda off on a journey for a week to escape the Covid madness and chase Yellow Faces to reduce the city stresses.
Thanks to the caching community to ensure we have plenty to search for. If it were not for them, we would not be at this hide today.
Found out in the open, replaced where we thought it should be resting.

TFTC. My friends and I had fun finding this one just before we left to head home after an awesome week omg camping at Worlds End
Found after spending the LWE camping nearby with Kapybeara and two friends. Looks like a popular spot for Caravan-ing. Cache was located easily before we headed home to try to avoid the bulk of the LWE traffic. TFTC
A afternoon drive after work had us at worlds end, quick find amongst some magnificent gums that you can see bushfire battle scars on

I was staying at World's End camping ground for a few days with some muggle friends before we headed to Broken Hill. Today I headed into Burra and stopped for a few caches along the way. [^]
Stopped off here to find this one before heading back to camp. A lovely area but bone dry today. It would be interesting to see water all along the creek. Loved the big old tree.
Thanks for the cache Skippy.

Found with SpidermonkeysMum while touring Burra and Worlds End and celebrating my birthday. Thanks for the hide.
kenare and I headed to North of Adelaide for the weekand and came home via Worlds End. It really is a beautiful place that hopefully we will back to again to find the rest of the caches. TFTC
It was back in 2016 that we had logged a dnf so it was great to be able to change the sad face to a smiley. Worlds End is such an amazing place, the first time I was here we came through the bush and stopped and took in the amazing view from up the top. One day we will be able to stop here for longer and explore. Hmmm maybe a camping trip could be arranged. Tftc
A quick find and what a lovely little hiding place this one has. My only concern was that this one might fall down while I was in it.
A few bees were hanging around too , probably because of the yellow flowers at the entrance to GZ.
Didn't get bit, it didn't fall down, so all was good!!!
Thanks.

Heading off towards Wilpena Pound for the June Long Weekend when the phone starts binging and there are heaps of newly published caches. Pull over in Charleston and scroll through the list. No, no, no, no, maybe, oh no I wanted that one, no, no and no. Bugger. Back to the maybe. If we sort of, kinda made a little (comparatively) detour we could go via that one. So with a new route to get to where we wanted we were able to collect a few more caches on the way.
A very quick find in the logical spot.

A day trip to the Mid North with SnappyTomCats...we had perfect weather...the countryside is stunning at this time of year...green pastures, canola fields, wattles, big trees, blue sky and lots of kangaroos...
What a fantastic tree surrounded by wattles and buzzing with bees...

"Nothing lasts forever." I think just about everyone would agree with that. Whether it's a mountain, a mole-hill ... or a cache.
Skippy needs to check this out, as it has had a number of DNFs since 3/4/2015.

After our drive from Greenock today, hoping to mark this off as a find, only to find this has been missing in action for some time.
On the way up to the Peterborough for a caching weekend with the travellinbees, we attempted this one but unfortunately it looks like it has gone awol.
Here from Canada, caching our way across Australia....

As with the previous log, too much loo paper and no sign of the cache although I did have an uncomfortable look for it.
This beautiful place had been trashed by campers cache area had been used as an above ground dunny. Not prepared to get in amongst it.
