Logs
We have decided to archive this listing as the area has become overgrown and seems to be a haven for undesirables who wish to use it as a rubbish dump.
5 DNFs in a row over 7 weeks. Time for an owner check. Will watch and come back if it there.
Out for another caching adventure with Aussie M&M - M and CPWanderer. Our mission to clear a few caches down south, not fall over, not rip daks and not spill blood. And we successed....almost. Okay so there was some minor scratches and a little blood. I also managed 46 finds and unfortunately 5 DNFs. Swapped 3 trackables and planted 5 of my pathtags along the way. Another great day.
Another DNF for me. The other looked at the logs and saw it was 7 weeks and 4 DNFs since it has been found and didn't bother. Add me to the list of non finders although this a great spot for a cache. Pit it is also the access point for the graf vandals which may account for the cache not being where the GPS says it should.
Time for an owner check I'm afraid.

Came at this one the difficult way and unfortunately could not find it. Thanks for pointing out the bridge.
Second find for the day, unearthed some disgruntled creepy crawlies in the process! Very well sheltered! TFTC ^_^
TFTC Nice walk from Sheidow ... great cache and well off road and away from nasty muggles. Thanks.
Quick find for the first cache of the day.
Interesting little bridge. Took golf ball
Left a few marbles. Nice little park that I
Never knew was here. TFTC

Found it after a short while.. Started in wrong place, then swapped sides another bit of a search then bingo!!.... Nice hide... TFTC..
Found by Mary & David at 1225. At least we had somewhere easy to park with only a short walk. Hard to realise that there was once a train below and traffic above. Our thanks to Klems' Mob.
found it eventually after finding heaps of used spray cans and stumbling through a massive spiders web. Guess i took the wrong way the cache

AHHH the memories.
Come over this bridge many times on trips to the south coast with my parents. Most vivid memory is crawling up the rise out of Reynella one hot night, car almost boiling. All one could see was a continuous snake of red tail lights ahead, yellow head lights behind.
Bumped into a friendly spider on the way to the cache. Guess he was upset I ruined his web. Decided to take refuge on my tummy. Large black & white one!!
Found cache after a short search. The green cameo has all but gone though.

Found it. And about a hundred old spray cans. Does IKEA know how many pencils they have donated to the sport of cacheing?!
found this one on a sunday afternoon. SWooped by the pigeons and entered from the "wrong side". sl tnl toy tftc
Another great day on my holiday finding some geocaches. Soon had this one located. SL TFTC

Despite what someone mentioned in an earlier log, we approached from the... more awkward side! Atleast the Bs enjoyed the scramble!

An easy find and another bridge which is now disused in the area. Thanks Klems' Mob.
The Kettle boys had enjoyed an afternoon's caching in the southern suburbs. This was our last find for the day - in the dark. TFTC
Found on the way to work! Parked on west side and approached from the east! tftf

Nice hide away from muggle activity. Depending on approach, terrain can be awkward.
Trust your GPSr. Park on the West, approch from the East. Good hide, half an hour wasted but finally found. Suggest long sleeves and pants my arms are all scratched up.

A quick and easy find gave me time to admire some of the artwork in the area.

Hmm, this cache taught me that geocaching can be a slippery slope!
Found it with the help of Snuva & Mundoo.

My last find of the day as the sun had set and light was failing. I kept not trusting my GPSr, but as soon as I did I found the cache as the coordinates were spot-on for me. I think the terrain rating for this cache should be a bit higher; it was a bit of a challenge for my caching friend who isn't as used to tripping up and down slopes.
Thank you for the cache!

After parking, then walking around the long way [:o)], then realising we'd gone too far [|)], we finally found the cache (quickly too) !

A bit tricky, watch your footing, don't slip. Took shark and left pink heart.
Girls Day Out Caching - We seemed to do all of them the hard way today and this one was no exception. Wandered in to find the artwork, rubbish and goodness knows what else was lurking there and wondered why someone would put a cache in such a spot. But then realised our Hand Held Gizmo was trying to tell us it was not there so backtracked to an easier entrance. BUT should have read all the previous logs re the slippery grass and slope because one minute I was looking around for the GZ and next thing I was flat on my back looking up at blue skies. Luckily I had come to a complete stop or might have ended up a lot further down. When I finally came to my senses I could have just reached out and grabbed the cache while still lying down on the job. Took Shark and Left Pink Heart. Note to next visitor - watch your footing. TFTC - I think.
Found on nice afternoon walk with Amidcatastrophe and the geodogs.
A nice hide.

Another nemisis cache knocked over today - maybe the heat is somehow improving my caching karma.
Checked the obvious area first, then with a GPS jumping all over the place I retreated to some open ground to let it settle down. That gave me a better idea of where the cache could be and I wasn't dissapointed - Gooood GPS! Oh! I strained an ankle getting to the cache, but was still able to walk so kept on caching - it's sore now though! SL TFTC Klem's Mob
A quick search during our 24hr record run. When it didn't appear within a few minutes we were on our way.
On Adelaide Invasion trip with The Rats, Big Matt and Shell and Farmer Frentzen.
The GPSr's seemed to be a bit jumpy here and I couldn't quite work out which was the acacia so with limited time we moved on.

This one was a bit of a nemesis for me.
But it's off the list after a quick find today.
I can honestly say that I didn't see gz on three previous visits, I'll blame the sour sobs.

Found this with the help of my g-kids. The slope was slippery after the recent rains. On our way home after the WWFM V event in Adelaide.
Took a dolphin sig item and a pathtag, left a watch.
Visiting my travellers in and out.
Thank you Klems' Mob for the cache

Was with our grand-mother and we stopped for this one. The path was slippery after the rain.
Another one found by Tashie whilst we were out on our late afternoon walk. Ended up walking 7km and tackling two caches near home. TFTC, Team Sheplaw.
Found caching for the last time in SA (until we come back for holidays anyway) On a day out with Froghoppin and Drift kid. This one would have only taken 2 minutes if we had looked where i suggested in the first place but in stead it took us for ever.We got there eventually though TFTC
Found with Just Cruzen and Drift kid, looked in all the wrong places first, as sat lok was poor, the only place left was where we saw a large rat disappear, TNLN thanks for the hunt
took nothing left nothing this site is a bit hazardous could even be syringes in all that mess
It took me a while to find teh right place to park but I got there eventually. Lots of spots to hide a cache here and I tried a few dozen spots first before making the find.
Thanks Kelms Mob.

Quick find with help of M, after having been here previously when area was full of young gentlemen with aerosols.
Found with Racing Stripes, Bek-theraccoon, K8eus and FatNick during a night's caching adventure. Took a bit of searching but we found it in the end.
Oooops... Was trying to get close, when all of a sudden, I was on the one-way expressway!!! Oh well, that was the end of caching for the day (had to get back to the others anyway). TNLN, TFTC.
Had three false approaches to gz but once I had it right the cache was an easy find. Some nice shady trees in the gully too. Thanks Klem's Mob.
This cache was found as part of my Southern Suburbs invasion. Thanks to all who placed caches allowing me find nearly 200 caches in 7 days.
Took a little while for Rex to settle down, I think this is where the kids come to practice their graffiti. Found cache easily, this is snake country no doubt about it.Today was cooler but I dont think it was my wisest moment to go in there. Once I arrived , just couldn't leave it. SL TNLN. TFC
We were looking for a cache cammo'd as a spraycan.

EDIT: There was no pencil/pen in cache to write with, so could not sign log book.
